It is hereby informed to all concerned students that the timing of MT-2 (20th & 21st) – E3, Slot-II has been revised as detailed below:
Old Timing (Slot-II):
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM
Revised Timing (Slot-II):
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM
12:15 PM – 1:00 PM
The timings of the remaining slots remain unchanged.
All students must strictly adhere to the revised timing and report to the examination hall accordingly.

Dear students, due to some technical problems-Elocution on behalf of ETAC-2018 is rescheduled to August 24, 2018 at 3.30 P.M at AB1-009.
Instructions for Fee Payment:
All those students applying for the above said examinations should pay the prescribed Examination Fee to DIRECTOR RGUIIIT BASAR-EXAMINATION FEE (Union Bank of India Branch-Basar)Account No 148510100021091,IFSC Code UBIN0814857 only.
After the successful payment of the Exam Fee student should use the 12-digit Transaction ID obtained to fill the Reference Code Column in the portal for Online Registration
The registration for Remedial/Grade Improvement Examinations will be considered complete only if the payment is done to the above mentioned account.
Hall tickets for the above said examination will be issued to only those students who successfully register with a valid Transaction ID following the above procedure
The Examination section is not responsible for any refund if students pay the Fee to any other Account of the Institute.

Astronomy & Astrophysics Summer School 2025. It is a month-long online
summer skill training program for students and faculty. The objective
of the program is to promote space education and employment by
training students and teachers with the skills required for research and
development in astronomy and astrophysics.
During this program, participants will be exposed to the current
developments in astronomy and astrophysics. They will also be trained on
the skills and techniques required to run the sophisticated software
used by astronomers & researchers and also be guided toward a
career in the field of astronomy and astrophysics.

NOTICE
Specific Instructions to the Students to Collect Out Passes
Time and again all the students were informed how they should approach Security Wing with an application, forwarded by Concerned Warden / Additional Chief Wardens for girls and boys, to obtain Out-Passes, but some of the students are not getting the endorsement of the Wardens and directly approaching the Security Wing.
Actually Out Passes are supposed to be issued on any emergency but some of the students are not following the procedure.
Now onwards, Out Pass will be issued on the recommendation / endorsement of Wardens only, otherwise Out-Passes will not be issued as a routine, except in emergency.
Hope students will keep these instructions in their mind and comply with the instructions scrupulously.
