Graduate Management Trainee (GMT)
Department: Multi-Departmental Rotation
Reporting To: Department Heads / Training Manager
The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) will undergo structured training across multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience in all the departments over the 6 months period. The role is designed to develop future leaders by equipping them with business knowledge, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Rotational Training – Work across various departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, IT) to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
• Project Management – Assist in planning and executing department-specific projects.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze key business metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration & Communication – Work with teams across different departments to achieve company goals.
• Customer & Client Interaction – Engage with customers or clients to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
• Learning & Development – Participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions to develop professional skills.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence – Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Problem-Solving – Address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Performance Evaluation – Receive feedback from mentors and supervisors, and work on self-improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Work across multiple teams to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for management review.
• Suggest process improvements and innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in leadership development programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: B Tech- Mech/ B Tech – Agri
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to different roles and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
Eligibility:
• min 80% or 8 CGPA

NOTICE
Specific Instructions to the Students to Collect Out Passes
Time and again all the students were informed how they should approach Security Wing with an application, forwarded by Concerned Warden / Additional Chief Wardens for girls and boys, to obtain Out-Passes, but some of the students are not getting the endorsement of the Wardens and directly approaching the Security Wing.
Actually Out Passes are supposed to be issued on any emergency but some of the students are not following the procedure.
Now onwards, Out Pass will be issued on the recommendation / endorsement of Wardens only, otherwise Out-Passes will not be issued as a routine, except in emergency.
Hope students will keep these instructions in their mind and comply with the instructions scrupulously.
