3. Engagement & Internship Structure
The company has clarified the following engagement structure for campus-selected candidates:
•	Candidates selected through the campus hiring process will initially be engaged as Interns until completion of their respective degree/course.
•	During the internship period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000/-.
•	Upon successful completion of the degree and internship, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, conduct, learning ability, and overall suitability.
•	Candidates meeting the required criteria will subsequently be considered for appointment as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs).
•	The applicable CTC/salary structure for the GET position is provided in the compensation details below.
