Infosys Springboard Pragati: Path to Future- Apr'25 - Jul'25 (Cohort 5)
Dear Learner,
We are delighted to inform you that registration for Infosys Springboard Pragati: Path to Future Cohort 5 (April-July 2025) cohort are now open. This exclusive skilling development program for women will be anchored for duration of 100 days.
The program will cover the following four key areas:
Self-Growth Professional Advancement Career Development Leadership Skills

Through this program we aim to address essential competencies like Digital Dexterity, Gen AI Fluency, Professional Skill Enhancement, Leadership Acumen, and Industry Engagement.
Important Points
o This program is only for women aged 18 and above, including students, young professionals, job seekers, career re-starters or simply lifelong learners!
o The last day to submit the registration form is April 06, 2025.
o The program will follow a hybrid model, with one week of immersive learning at Infosys campuses and offices. The rest of the sessions will be conducted virtually.
o Participants from earlier cohorts who have completed the program with certificates should not register for Cohort 5. We operate on good faith and hope you do so too.
o If gentlemen opt for this cohort, their registration will be cancelled.
What’s next?
1. We will review all the applications and shortlist candidates based on parameters of learning history on Infosys Springboard, completion of the application form, and completion of the preset learning content of two courses and one certification which will be shared with all the applicants. Below is the list of course and certification recommendations:

2. The selected candidates will receive the complete schedule for virtual sessions. The schedule for in-person sessions will be shared with only those participants who have maintained the completion of their learning.
3. There will be a fortnightly review of learning and learner progress. Learners who are inconsistent or fail to keep up with the requirements of the prevalent module will be excluded from the rest of the Cohort, after due discussion and consideration.

Request your help to get the eligible students to complete the TCS application form and apply for the drive as per timelines.
Important Points:
1. Students only from the year of passing batch of 2025 may apply and the same should be reflected in their TCS Application Form.
2. Students MUST register and complete the TCS Application Form in the TCS NextStep Portal under ‘IT’ section and finally choose the nearest test center to take-up the integrated assessment.
3. Students need to register and apply for drive on this link http://nextstep.tcs.com/campus.
4. All students must ensure that they use their Personal Email ID to register in the TCS NextStep Portal. Email ID CANNOT be changed once submitted.
5. The CT/DT Reference ID should be starting from CT/DT 2023, 2024 and 2025 only.
6. Old CT/DT Reference ID will not be accepted (CT2022, DT2021…etc.)
7. In case students have Old CT/DT Reference ID, kindly connect with us for deletion post which students can re-register.
8. Students should fill in the application form correctly, verify the details before submitting and make sure that their status in the TCS NextStep portal is "Applied for Drive". Students can check this by visiting the "Track My Application" tab in the NextStep portal.
9. Information retrieved from TCS Application Form will be considered for the test process.
10. We would not be able to batch students if their ‘TCS Application Form’ is incomplete and the candidate status should be “Applied for Drive”.

TCS Eligibility Criteria:
• Courses & Disciplines: TCS NQT is exclusively open to the graduating Batch of 2025 - Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)/Master of Technology (M.Tech)/Master of Engineering (M.E)/Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A)/Master of Science (M.Sc/M.S) in any specialization offered by AICTE/UGC recognized universities/colleges.
• Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered).
• NIOS: Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the Graduation and Post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
• Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation (if applicable).
• If selected, the offer will be valid only if the degree/provisional degree certificate clearly states that the candidates have cleared Engineering in 'First Class’ within the stipulated course duration.
• Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT: NO pending backlog will be permitted at the time of appearing for the TCS selection process.
• Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education, if any. Overall the academic gap should not exceed 24 months until highest qualification. Relevant documents, as applicable, will be checked for gaps.
• Work Experience: Candidates with prior work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply (Applicable only for postgraduate students).
• Age: Candidates should be between 18 to 28 years.

Phase-1 (0-3 Months): Foundational/Common Training:
• The first three months will focus on foundational and common training modules.

• At the end of this phase/3 months, an assessment will be conducted to evaluate the trainee's understanding and progress.
Note: Trainees who do not pass the assessment will be discontinued from the training after three months of foundational/common training.
Phase-2 (4–6 Months): Specialized Domain Training:
• Trainees who successfully clear the Phase-1 assessment will move on to specialized domain training.
• During this phase, trainees will be assigned to specific projects based on their performance in the Phase-1 assessment and organizational requirements.
• The focus will be on deepening domain expertise and applying skills in real-world scenarios.
• After the six-month training, a job-specific final assessment will be conducted.
• Trainees who successfully clear this assessment will be offered full-time employment with the organization.
Note: Trainees who do not pass the Phase-2(specialized domain training: 4 to 6 months) assessment will be discontinued from the training.
(E) Full-Time Employment Conversion, Agreement, and Compensation Details:
• After the completion of the 6 months, an assessment test will be administered. Trainees who successfully clear this assessment will be offered full-time employment (FTE).
• Trainees will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement, effective from the start of their full-time employment. Any breach of this agreement will be subject to the stipulated consequences outlined in the agreement separately.
• Compensation: The CTC will range from ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum depending on the role and skill set. Candidates with top-tier skills in areas such as AI, ML, Data Science, and Development will be offered salaries at the higher end of the range, while roles in QA Testing and Support Functions will be offered at the lower end of the range. A detailed breakdown of the compensation package will be shared with candidates upon their conversion to full-time employment (FTE).
CTC will be revised based on individual performance during the annual appraisal process, with potential increases reflecting achievements and contributions.
(E) Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement/bond:
• The EMPLOYEE accepts that in the event of him/her leaving the COMPANY prematurely during the service agreement period, the EMPLOYEE shall pay a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) as liquidated compensation without demur to EMPLOYER/COMPANY in view of the cost incurred for the process of selection, training, induction of the EMPLOYEE and for the loss of credibility, as well as for serious disturbance in the business on account of loss of estimated work from the EMPLOYEE and his/her replacement.

Please note that each round acts as a filter for the next round of the selection process and candidates clearing the specific rounds will be contacted for the further evaluation process.
Round 1 & 2 will be conducted virtually.
Technical & HR Interview may be conducted in Tech Mahindra Offices and candidates clearing all 2 Rounds will have to visit Tech Mahindra offices for the interviews (Details will be shared separately).

Academic eligibility:
Candidate should have scored min. of 65% (Without Rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech
Eligible Courses – BE/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering / ECE
Candidate should be completing the eligible course in 2024 without any backlog and should have Consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued at the time of offer.
There should not be a gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate course. Also, there should not be a loss of academic year after joining a course.
Note – Rounding up of marks to 65% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.
Joining Location and Work Timings:
Positions are open for Tech Mahindra across location in india.
Candidate should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country according to company work hours
Candidate should be open to working in different shifts
Bond and compensation:
Upon Selection
Candidate will be on probation for 6 months
Candidate will be eligible for CTC of INR 3.25 L /Annum
Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company.
Note: During probation, the candidate may undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.
