Recruitment for Core SW - ESW & SW Design
MosChip is looking for BE/BTech Final Year Students (going to be passed out) with Electronics or Computer Science as one major stream (ex: CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE Branches) for our requirement to Embedded Software and Software Product Design Teams. Selected students will work on the development of Embedded Software or Product Software which is a dream job for many Computer Science Engineers. The minimum eligibility criteria for writing the examination are that the student must have obtained an overall percentage of minimum 60% marks till now.
The Selection Process follows Three Steps as described below.
Step1: Preliminary Examination (Online), An objective type of online examination for 90-minute duration consisting of questions from Aptitude, Processors and Programming domains. The exam must be conducted at the College premises. The students who clear the Preliminary Examination will be called for writing the Main Examination.
Step2: Main Examination (Physical Paper), The Main examination consists of two papers (Embedded SW and Programming) that must be answered by all Students. The Embedded SW section paper is for 90 minutes duration and Programming Section paper for 90 Minutes duration. Students who clear the Main Examination will be called for interview to finalize selection.
Step3: Interview. The interview is to find out the technical passion of the student. It will be a day long interview to check candidates’ skill and interest in ESW and Programming domains. The idea of the interview is to hand hold and guide students in discovering their area of interest and passion.
ESW Design – Salary Range: 4-6 Lakhs - Job Description:
Candidates will have the opportunity to design the embedded software for various types of Boards that are made to test different applications. Typically, they may work on the following types of applications

We are pleased to announce the Tech Mahindra Campus Recruitment Drive for CSE, ECE & EE graduates of the 2025 batch.
SAP ABAP & SAP Basis Candidates Required Please refer below eligibility criteria for reference and selection process.
Academic eligibility:
1. Candidate should have scored min. of 65 % or 6.5 CGPA (Without Rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).
2. Eligible Courses – BE/B.Tech - Computer Science /Computer Engineering /IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics/ or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) 3. Candidate should be completing the eligible course in 2025 without any backlog and should have Consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued at the time of offer.

Academic eligibility:
1. Candidate should have scored min. of 65 % or 6.5 CGPA (Without Rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science).
2. Eligible Courses – BE/B.Tech - Computer Science /Computer Engineering /IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics/ or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science)
3. Candidate should be completing the eligible course in 2025 without any backlog and should have Consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued at the time of offer.
4. There should not be a gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate course. Also, there should not be a loss of academic year after joining a course.
Note – Rounding up of marks to 65% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.
Selection process:
Candidates will have to undergo the tests below, each acting as a filter for the next stage of the selection process.

Joining Location and Work Timings:
• Positions are open for Tech Mahindra offices across locations.

Bond and compensation: Upon Selection
• Candidate will be on probation for 6 months
• Candidate clearing the regular selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 3.25 L /Annum
• Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company.
Note: During probation, the candidate may undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.

Job Description:

About the Role: Engineer – Digital Design
The position involves development of digital subsystems in a complex SoC with multi-core, multi-threaded processor subsystems, AI accelerators, interconnects, memory architecture with multi-level caches, multiple clocks and resets, high-speed interfaces and peripherals. The chosen candidate would do the architecture, microarchitecture and design and verification and would be responsible for the entire design flow and sign-off, including synthesis, LEC, Formality and STA, and be able to deliver reusable and robust digital IP.
Prior Experience
Hands-on experience or Academic Projects involving one or more high end digital designs like multi-core, multi-threaded processor subsystems, high speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, LPDDR, HBM), high performance digital accelerators (Tensor Processing units, Convolution engines, other high performance digital accelerators)
Exposure to design sign-off flows including Lint, CDC, Synthesis, LEC, STA, and Timing Closure.
Familiarity with low-power design methodologies.
Skills Required
Technical Expertise: Verilog, System Verilog, and scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl, Shell).
Processor Knowledge: RISC-V, ARM architectures, and protocols like AXI, APB, AHB.
Design Tools: Experience with ASIC and FPGA design flows, DFT (Scan, MBIST, BScan), and UVM methodology.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Low Power Design: Techniques like clock gating, power gating, and dynamic voltage/frequency scaling.
Communication: Good teamwork and collaboration skills, eager to learn and grow.
Educational Requirements: B.Tech or M.Tech/MS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
