All the letters should be followed in the same format and would be filed in our office register and would be strictly followed.

Note:
1. All the letters must be written in A4 White sheets with proper format as mentioned above or an Print out/ xerox copy would be sufficient.
2. All the request letters/approval letters/ recommendation letters should be submitted to office before 5:30 PM on working days only.
3. Without the comments from Dept. Faculty Rep./HoD, the letters will not be entertained.
4. The escalation route and time frame is hereby defined as: TPO executive team (2 working days) to TPO/FIC (2+2 days) to Professor (2+2+2) days.

Please note that TODAY (16th February 2024, evening 5 pm) is the last date for NPTEL Exam registration. (No Extension at any cost beyond this ).

The Exam registration is open for the NPTEL Courses  (Jan-Apr 2024 Course Run) , all the students from RGUKT Basar who had enrolled for these courses ( Certification Courses as well as those for CREDIT TRANSFER ), please follow the exam registration steps as shared in the attachment below.
