Dear Students
This is to inform all the students of the departments and academic years specified in the enclosed list that they must mandatorily register for the respective NPTEL courses prescribed for AY 2026–27, Semester–I.
The prescribed NPTEL courses include both:
1. Credit Transfer Courses,
2. Supplementary Courses.
The details of the department-wise, year-wise courses, course type, course commencement date, duration, and other relevant information are provided in the enclosed list.
All the concerned students are instructed to complete the registration process within the stipulated timeline. Students are also advised to attend the course regularly and comply with all the guidelines issued by NPTEL.
Important:
• Registration for the prescribed NPTEL courses is mandatory.
• Students who fail to register for the allotted NPTEL courses shall not be eligible to appear for the End Semester Theory (EST) examinations for AY 2026–27, Semester–I.
• The schedule of the courses, including the course start date, duration, and other details, is furnished in the enclosed list.

NOTICE - M.Tech Students
It is hereby informed to all the M.Tech_Sem2 students that you can register for the upcoming EST exams of AY25-26 M.Tech_Sem2 in offline Mode.
Fees details :
Fee for EST Exam : Rs.700/- per semester.
Instructions for Fee Payment:
1. Students must approach the Examination Section (AB-II, First Floor) between 15/07/2026 and 16/07/2026, during the office hours.
2. Collect the “Application Form for EST Registration July-2026” from the Counter and fill it out completely.
3. Pay the required Examination fee at the counter. (Only through UPI by scanning)
NOTE:
1. Every student must Register for the EST EXAMS.
2. Hall tickets will only be issued to students with successful payment verification.
3. No other modes of payment will be accepted.
4. No registrations will be accepted after the EST exams commence.

Dear Students,
An ACER Hardware Engineer will be available at ABI (Opposite Room No. 205) from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Students facing laptop hardware-related issues are advised to visit the above location during the specified time to have their laptops inspected and repaired.
Important Instructions:
Clearly explain your laptop issue to the hardware engineer.

After the repair is completed, you must personally collect your laptop from the hardware engineer.
The responsibility for handing over and collecting the laptop rests entirely with the student.
Students with the following laptop issues must attend without fail:
Keyboard issues (uppercase/lowercase keys not working)
Touchpad issues
Fan noise or cooling issues
Camera not working
Speaker issues
Battery backup problems
Motherboard-related issues
Laptop not turning on
Hinge damage or loose hinges
Adapter/charger-related issues
Note: Laptop warranties are going to expire soon. Students are strongly advised to get their laptops repaired before the warranty period ends.
Please make use of this opportunity and visit the service desk as early as possible.
