NOTICE TO ENGINEERING STUDENTS
The meeting scheduled to be conducted **today for the Engineering Branches stands POSTPONED** until further notice.
The meeting could not be conducted as the **Faculty/Student Branch-wise Coordinator nominations from the respective HODs are still awaited**.
The deadline for submission of the nominations was **20th September 2026**. However, as of today, **25th September 2026, nominations have not been received from even a single Engineering Branch**.
In view of this, all Engineering students are hereby informed to get in touch with their respective HODs/concerned faculty members and request them to expedite the nomination process at the earliest**.

Important Instructions
1. A Pre-Placement Talk of approximately 30 minutes will be conducted before the written test.
2. The final list of shortlisted/eligible students is attached with this notice. Students are advised to refer to the “Eligible List” sheet.
3. Students must enter the same mobile number in the OMR sheet as mentioned in the T&P registrations. Any discrepancy may lead to difficulty in identification or processing of the response sheet.
4. The written test duration is 2 hours and will be conducted in OMR-based, pen-and-paper mode.
5. Students are required to carry an exam pad for the test.
6. Students should carry the required stationery. Rough white sheets will be arranged for the written test.
7. All shortlisted students are required to report on time and follow the instructions of the company representatives and the Training & Placement Office.
OMR / Written Test Instructions
THIS IS A PEN-AND-PAPER-BASED TEST. STUDENTS MUST STRICTLY FOLLOW THE OMR INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

1 The OMR sheet must not be folded, bent or crushed.
2 Use only a blue/black ball-point pen to fill the circles.
3 Use of pencil is strictly prohibited.
4 Circles must be darkened completely and properly.
5 Cutting, overwriting or erasing on the OMR sheet is not allowed.
6 Do not make any stray marks on the OMR sheet.
7 Do not use a marker, whitener/white fluid or any other material to hide or alter a mark.
Students are advised to come prepared, maintain discipline throughout the process, and cooperate with the company representatives and the Training & Placement Office to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the recruitment drive.

TECHgium® 10th Edition – Registration Open
Dear Students,
L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is inviting students to participate in TECHgium® – 10th Edition, a technology innovation competition designed to provide students an opportunity to work on real-world industry problem statements and showcase their technical and innovative capabilities.
Eligibility
This year, the eligibility criteria have been expanded. Students from 2nd year and above, including Pre-Final and Final Year UG/PG Engineering students, are eligible to participate.
Interested eligible students are encouraged to register and participate.

Dear Students,
This is to inform all the students those who are scheduled to appear for the Remedial Examinations on 25th and 26th September 2026 that the said examinations are hereby postponed in view of the declaration of 25th September 2026 as a holiday by the Government of Telangana on account of the Ganesh Idol Immersion Procession in the Twin Cities of Hyderabad–Secunderabad and adjoining districts of Ranga Reddy and Medchal–Malkajgiri, Telangana.
Accordingly:
1. The Remedial Examinations scheduled on 25th and 26th September 2026 stand postponed.
2. The postponed examinations will be rescheduled at a later date.
3. The revised dates and detailed examination schedule will be notified separately at the earliest, through the official communication channels of the University.
4. Students are advised to continue their preparation without anxiety and await the revised schedule. There will be no academic disadvantage to students on account of this postponement.
5. The concerned students are informed to regularly check the official University Web/Hub/communication channels for the revised examination schedule and further instructions.
In view of the Ganesh Idol immersion processions and the consequent movement restrictions, traffic diversions and travel-related difficulties in the Twin Cities and adjoining areas, the postponement has become necessary in the interest of the safety and convenience of the students. However, the inconvenience caused due to the postponement is sincerely regretted.
The University appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all students and wishes them the best for their forthcoming Remedial Examinations.
