This is to reiterate that RGUKT-BASAR has a ‘ZERO TOLERANCE’ Policy towards Ragging and all forms of ragging are strictly prohibited on Campus. Those who are found guilty of indulging in ragging, and/or abetting ragging, actively or passively, or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging, will be subjected to disciplinary action, which can range from suspension from academic activities, expulsion from hostel to rustication from the Institute, among others, in accordance with the Anti-Ragging Guidelines of UGC.

In view of the upcoming National Sports Day (NSD) 2026 celebrations, a meeting is being organized with all students from P1, P2 and E1 both Boys and Girls, who have secured admission to RGUKT Basar through Sports Quota.
The meeting is being convened to discuss various aspects related to the participation of Sports Quota students in the National Sports Day 2026 celebrations and other sports-related activities of the University. Important information regarding sports participation, discipline, training, events, responsibilities and further sports activities will also be discussed during the meeting.

All interested students of RGUKT Basar are hereby informed that the Internal Hackathon for Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026 is being organized for the selection of teams to represent the institute.
Students interested in participating are required to form teams and submit their details through the registration form given below.
Team Formation Guidelines:
1. Each team must consist of exactly 6 members, including the Team Leader.
2. All team members must belong to RGUKT Basar. Inter-college teams are not permitted. Students from different branches of the institute are encouraged to form teams.
3. Each team must have at least one female team member.
4. For the Software Edition, the majority of team members should have good programming skills.
5. For the Hardware Edition, multidisciplinary teams comprising students with backgrounds in programming, electronics, mechanical engineering, product design, etc., are encouraged.
6. A total of 50 teams will be nominated, comprising 45 shortlisted teams and 5 waitlist teams, across both Software and Hardware editions.
7. Teams may select up to two Problem Statements, with the second Problem Statement being optional.
8. A mentor may be included optionally.
9. The duly filled College Authorization/Consent Letter must be uploaded along with the registration form in editable DOCX format.

NOTICE - M.Tech Students
It is hereby informed that the offline registrations of Remedial examinations for M.Tech-I_Sem-I students (M25 Batch), scheduled to be conducted in September-2026 are open. Students who wish to apply for the aforementioned examinations are instructed to strictly follow the procedure outlined below:
Fees details:
Fee for EST Remedial Exam : Rs.250/- per subject.
Instructions for Fee Payment:
1. Students must approach the Examination Section (AB-II, First Floor) between 27/08/2026 and 28/08/2026, during the office hours.
2. Collect the “Application Form for EST Remedial Examinations , Sep-2026” from the Counter and fill it out completely.
3. Pay the required Examination fee at the counter. (Only through UPI by scanning)

1. Hall tickets will only be issued to students with successful payment verification.
2. No other modes of payment will be accepted.
