It hereby informed to all students whose scholarship application is under Auto Renewal for AY 2025–26 must upload the required documents and complete biometric authentication at a MeeSeva Centre.

Until these two processes are completed, your application status will remain "Pending at College." The scholarship budget is currently available. If you do not complete these requirements now, your application may miss the current sanction cycle, and you may have to wait a long time for the next sanction.

Complete the document upload and biometric authentication on or before Monday, 29-06-2026.

NOTICE TO E1 CE-STUDENTS

All E1 CE-C3 students are hereby informed that the distribution of laptops 
On Thursday, i.e., 25/06/2026, laptops will be distributed to the following classes as per the schedule:
CE-C3 – 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM at ABI-004

The laptop distribution schedule for the remaining branches/classes will be posted on the HUB shortly.

It is hereby informed to all the students of A.Y.25-26_PUC1_SEM2_EST(Regular)-Jul-26(B25 Batch Students), that the registration for the End Semester Examinations which are going to be held in July-2026 are open. It is mandatory that every student must register for every regular End Semester Examination.

Fees details :
 Fee for Regular Semester Exam : Rs.250/-
                                                     ( 750/-per semester , Since Rs.500 is already been paid during the          
                                                        admissions, rest Rs.250 have to pay)

Instructions for Fee Payment:
1.	Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index in the hub to register for above said Examinations in regular mode.
2.	Verify the subjects displayed in your course.
3.	Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available channels of payment.
4.	Please wait 1-2 minutes after the payment, till it redirects the registration page for successful registrations.

Important Dates :

1.	Hall tickets will be issued only to students whose registrations have been successfully completed.

All students are hereby informed that the following ground timings and guidelines shall be followed strictly:

Timings for All Sports and Games
Morning: 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Evening: 5.00 PM to 7:00 PM

The above timings are applicable to all sports and games activities, including activities conducted in the Sports Activity Centre (SAC) Building.

Guidelines
Students must carry their Institute ID Card at all times while using the sports facilities. with out ID CARDS,no entry into the grounds
Students must enter their details, including In-Time and Out-Time, in the respective registers maintained at all grounds and sports facilities.
Students shall wear proper sports attire and sports shoes during participation in sports and games activities.
Any activity beyond the stipulated timings requires prior permission from the Department of Physical education/Sports Cell (AB-3).
All students are expected to maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the Physical Education Department staff.

If you are facing any laptop hardware issues such as:

• Keyboard problems
• Touchpad issues
• Loose screws
• LCD/display issues
• Back panel damage
• Hinge problems
• Laptop not switching on
• Motherboard issues
• RAM issues
• SSD issues
• Any other hardware-related problem

Please visit ABI-004 Room with your laptop and explain the issue to the engineer.

After consulting the hardware engineer, enter your details in the register and take your laptop back with you.

Do not leave your laptop in Room ABI-004.
The safety and responsibility of your laptop are entirely yours.
