Dear Students,

All students who are experiencing ACER laptop hardware issues, whether the issue is call-logged or not call-logged, are requested to visit the ACER Hardware Engineer Room and report their issue immediately.

Students experiencing any hardware-related problems, such as keyboard, touchpad, battery, adapter, fan noise, camera, speaker, hinges, motherboard, power issues, or any other hardware problem, must bring their laptops to the service room for inspection and repair.

Students with pending repairs are especially requested to visit the ACER Hardware Engineer Room, as the required spare parts have arrived.

As the laptop warranty period is going to expire soon, please make use of this opportunity and get your laptop issue resolved at the earliest.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES TO ALL STUDENTS – SMOOTH CONDUCT OF ANNUAL GAMES 2026–27

All PUC and Engineering students, including those who are not participating in the ongoing matches, are hereby informed to strictly follow the guidelines below to ensure the smooth and disciplined conduct of the Annual Games.

1. **Maintain Discipline:** Students who are not participating players or team members are requested not to create any disturbance, noise, or interruption during ongoing matches.

2. **Sports Grounds & Courts:** When a cricket match is in progress, the volleyball court and other sporting areas must remain free from unnecessary gathering and activities, and vice versa. Students are strictly instructed not to occupy or loiter around sporting areas where matches are being conducted.

3. **Avoid Disturbances:** All students must respect the ongoing matches, players, officials, referees, and coordinators. Unnecessary movement, loud conversations, and interruptions near the playing areas must be avoided.

4. **Cooperation Required:** All students are requested to cooperate with the Department of Physical Education, Sports Coordinators, and Officials to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the Annual Games.

5. **Applicable to All Games:** These guidelines are applicable to both **PUC Annual Games and Engineering Branch (Senior) Games 2026–27.**

Hence all students are hereby informed to take note of the above guidelines and make the necessary arrangements and adjustments to ensure discipline, safety, and the uninterrupted conduct of all scheduled sporting events.
