It has been observed with serious concern that gym equipment and accessories have been found lying outside the Gymnasium, including in the nearby bushes. Such irresponsible handling of university property is unacceptable and results in damage to the equipment, financial loss to the institution, and inconvenience to other users.
All students and staff are hereby instructed to strictly adhere to the following:
1. After use, all gym equipment and accessories must be placed back in their designated locations.
2. Do not leave any weights, bars, dumbbells, plates, ropes, mats, or other equipment outside the gym premises.
3. Every user is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and proper handling of the gym facilities.
4. Any misuse, negligence, or damage to gym equipment will be viewed seriously, and the individuals concerned will be held accountable.
The Sports Cell expects every student and staff member to demonstrate responsibility and accountability while using the gym facilities.
Failure to comply with these instructions will compel the Sports Cell to take strict action, including the temporary closure of the Gymnasium for the remaining part of the current academic year, if the situation does not improve.
All concerned are requested to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and extend their full cooperation in maintaining the gym facilities.
