Dear Students,

   This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examination hall tickets will be distributed on 10th Apr-26(Friday) at AB-II. All concerned class representatives must collect the hall tickets within the specified period and make sure that every student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Venue: Examination Section-AB-II
Timings: 12:00PM-1:00 PM


Note: 
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

Every student should bring water bottles during the examinations to keep yourself hydrated.

All concerned students must return the items on or before 11 April 2026 by 7:00 PM. No further extension of time will be granted under any circumstances.

It is further notified that a penalty of ₹200/- per day per article/item will be imposed for any delay beyond the stipulated deadline.

Students are requested to comply with the above instructions strictly and ensure timely submission to avoid penalties.

                          Please note that the Dining hall - 1 serving for E3 and E4 students will operate as per the usual timings and will close at 08:45 PM. Students participating in Pre-events (if any) associated with the farewell are advised to complete their dinner within the specified time.

After repair, you must personally collect your laptop from the hardware engineer.

Handing over and receiving the laptop after repair is entirely the student’s responsibility.

Laptop warranties are going to expire soon, so students are advised to attend at the earliest.

Adapter-related issues will also be addressed.

Laptop Return Instructions:
•	Students from ECE, EEE, and MME shall return their laptops to the System Administrator at AB2 Server Room. 
•	Students from CSE, Civil, Chemical and Mechanical shall return their laptops to the System Administrator at AB1 Server Room. 
Note:
•	Out passes for leaving the university will be issued only after the laptop has been returned and verified by the respective system administrator. 
•	The detailed schedule for laptop return will be shared shortly. 
•	Students are advised to follow the schedule carefully and complete the process on time.

GREETINGS FROM SPORTS CELL 

In view of the Internal Audit, all students (E3 & E4 only) are hereby instructed to return any sports materials taken from the University, either for Branch Games or Personal Use.

Timings:
Morning: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Schedule: Daily on or before 10th April 2026

Note: No Due certificates will not be issued to students who fail to return the sports materials within the stipulated time.
