NOTICE-Mahabubnagar Campus [M25 Batch]
It is hereby informed to all the Mahabubnagar campus students of A.Y.25-26_PUC1_SEM2_EST(Regular)-Jul-26(M25 Batch Students), that the registration for the End Semester Examinations which are going to be held in July-2026 are open. It is mandatory that every student must register for every regular End Semester Examination.
Fees details :
Fee for Regular Semester Exam : Rs.500/-
( 750/-per semester ,
Since Rs.1000 is already been paid during the admissions, rest Rs.500 have to pay)
Instructions for Fee Payment:
1. Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index in the hub to register for above said Examinations in regular mode.
2. Verify the subjects displayed in your course.
3. Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available channels of payment.
4. Please wait 1-2 minutes after the payment, till it redirects the registration page for successful registrations.
Important Dates :
Registration Opens on : 29-June-2026
Last date for registration : 30-June-2026
NOTE:
1. Hall tickets will be issued only to students whose registrations have been successfully completed.
2. No other modes of payment are accepted.

The tentative timetable for the aforementioned examinations is attached for reference. Any modifications in the mentioned timetable may be brought to the notice of the examination section through an email from the concerned Heads of the department on or before 30th June-26 5PM.

It hereby informed to all students whose scholarship application is under Auto Renewal for AY 2025–26 must upload the required documents and complete biometric authentication at a MeeSeva Centre.
Until these two processes are completed, your application status will remain "Pending at College." The scholarship budget is currently available. If you do not complete these requirements now, your application may miss the current sanction cycle, and you may have to wait a long time for the next sanction.
Complete the document upload and biometric authentication on or before Monday, 29-06-2026.

All E1 CE-C3 students are hereby informed that the distribution of laptops
On Thursday, i.e., 25/06/2026, laptops will be distributed to the following classes as per the schedule:
