NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS
All students are hereby informed that the following instructions regarding entry into, use of and gathering in sports arenas shall be strictly followed without exception.
The sports facilities are dedicated University infrastructure meant ONLY for authorised sports activities. They shall not be used as general student gathering, sitting, roaming or recreational areas.
SPORTS ARENAS COVERED UNDER THESE GUIDELINES
The following areas shall be treated as restricted sports premises:
Shathavahana Ground
Kakatiya Ground
SAC Building and its sports areas
All other designated sports grounds, courts and sports premises under the Sports Department
1. AUTHORIZED SPORTS TIMINGS
Students involved in authorized sports activities may use the sports facilities only during the following timings:
MORNING: 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM
EVENING: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Only students who are actively participating in authorised sports practice, training, matches, competitions or other sports-related activities are permitted to remain in the sports areas during these timings.
2. NO ENTRY DURING ACADEMIC HOURS
STRICTLY NO ENTRY INTO ANY SPORTS GROUND FROM 8:30 AM TO 4:30 PM
No student or group of students shall enter, sit, roam, gather or remain in any sports ground or sports arena during academic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
This restriction applies even if a student has no scheduled academic class at that particular time.
Students shall not treat free periods, cancelled classes, gaps in timetable or other academic-hour intervals as permission to enter or occupy sports grounds.
Academic hours are NOT sports-ground access hours.
3. NO GATHERING BEYOND AUTHORIZED SPORTS TIMINGS
Beyond the authorized sports timings, NO student or group of students is permitted to gather, sit, roam, loiter or move around in any sports area.
In particular, students are strictly prohibited from:
• Gathering in Shathavahana Ground.
• Gathering in Kakatiya Ground.
• Gathering around the SAC sports areas.
• Sitting near the Shathavahana Stage premises.
• Sitting on or near the steps of the Shathavahana Stage.
• Sitting beside, behind or around the grounds.
• Roaming around sports grounds without involvement in an authorized sports activity.
• Using sports premises as a meeting point or hangout area.
• Forming groups anywhere within or immediately surrounding sports facilities.
4. SPORTS GROUNDS ARE ONLY FOR SPORTS
The sports grounds and sports arenas are NOT GENERAL STUDENT SITTING OR GATHERING AREAS.
They are exclusively intended for:
• Sports practice
• Sports training
• Official matches
• Competitions
• Authorized sports events
• Other officially permitted sports activities
NON-SPORTS STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SIT, ROAM OR GATHER IN SPORTS AREAS.
Students who are not participating in or directly involved with an authorized sports activity shall not enter or remain in the sports premises.
5. STUDENTS MUST VACATE THE SPORTS AREAS
Students participating in authorized sports activities must leave the sports premises immediately after completion of their scheduled activity.
Remaining in the sports premises after the permitted activity/timing for sitting, chatting, gathering or roaming is strictly prohibited.
6. NO EXCUSE FOR FREE TIME
Students are specifically informed that the following shall NOT be considered valid reasons for entering or remaining in sports areas:
• Free period
• No class
• Cancelled class
• Gap between classes
• Waiting for friends
• Waiting for another activity
• Meeting friends
• Sitting/resting
• Casual conversation
• Any other non-sports-related purpose
7. STRICT DISCIPLINE
All students must cooperate with the Sports Department, Security Staff, Sports Coordinators and other authorized University personnel in implementing these instructions.
Any student found violating these guidelines may be asked to immediately leave the sports premises and report to the concerned authority, wherever required.
8. DISCIPLINARY ACTION
VIOLATION OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE VIEWED SERIOUSLY.
Disciplinary action will be initiated against students who fail to comply with these guidelines, as per the applicable University rules and regulations.
Repeated violations, unauthorized gathering, refusal to leave the premises, disobedience of instructions or creating disturbance in sports areas may attract appropriate disciplinary action under University rules.
9. STRICT COMPLIANCE – NO EXCEPTIONS
All students are therefore directed to understand the seriousness of these instructions and strictly comply with them without exception.
10. IDENTIFICATION OF VIOLATORS & DISCIPLINARY REPORTING
Security Staff and the staff of the Department of Physical Education and Sports are authorized to identify students found violating these instructions.
The ID Number of any student found entering, sitting, roaming, gathering or remaining in the sports premises in violation of these guidelines will be recorded and submitted to the competent authority for necessary disciplinary action.
Students are therefore strictly advised not to argue with, obstruct or refuse to cooperate with Security Staff or Sports Department personnel while enforcing these guidelines.
NON-COMPLIANCE WILL BE REPORTED.
Students are clearly cautioned that violation of these instructions may result in their ID Number being recorded and forwarded for disciplinary action as per University rules and regulations.
No student shall claim ignorance of these instructions as a justification for violation.

Phase I** will include the conduct of **Pool Matches and League Matches.
Games will be conducted according to the approved **pools, league format and fixtures.
7. CONDUCT OF GAMES – PHASE II
After the Dussehra Vacation to 15th November 2026
Phase II of the PUC Annual Games 2026–27** will commence after the **Dussehra Vacation.
* The remaining games, matches and events will be conducted during this phase.
* The schedule will be planned and conducted **excluding Mid-Term (MT) Examination dates**.
* Students and teams are requested to follow the official schedule and updates released through the **HUB**.

It is hereby informed to all scholarship-eligible students of P2 and E3 that Aadhaar seeding with the student’s bank account is mandatory for the successful credit of the scholarship amount into the student’s bank account.
All students who have already applied for the scholarship are required to ensure that their Aadhaar is seeded with their bank account.
The attached list contains the names of students who have applied for the scholarship, along with the Aadhaar–bank account seeding status.
Students who are yet to apply for the scholarship are also advised to complete Aadhaar seeding with their bank account. Aadhaar seeding is mandatory for scholarship verification by the college. Students' application will be verified by the college only after the Aadhaar–bank account seeding is completed.
All concerned students are requested to complete the above process at the earliest to avoid any delay in scholarship verification and payment.
