Dear Students,
This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examination hall tickets will be distributed on 4th July-26(Saturday) at AB-II. All concerned class representatives must collect the hall tickets within the specified period and make sure that every student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.
Venue: Examination Section-AB-II
Timings: 4:30PM-5:00 PM
Note:
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.
Every student should bring water bottles during the examinations to keep yourself hydrated.

The Training and Placement Office is pleased to announce that the Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program for current E4 students is scheduled from 6-7-2026 to 18-7-2026 at Old PUC Block (Prefab Block). This is a mandatory program for all students who intend to participate in upcoming on campus recruitment drives.
Program purpose and benefits The CRT is designed to strengthen essential employability skills and improve placement readiness. The program includes focused sessions on:
• Communication skills;
• Quantitative aptitude;
• Logical reasoning;
• Resume building;
• Interview preparation;
• Professional interactions with recruiters;
• Recruitment and on boarding procedures followed by MNCs;
• Common hiring mistakes and how to avoid them;
• Challenges before and after on boarding;
• Evaluating job offers and career planning.
These intensive brush up sessions provide practical insights and industry exposure that are critical for successful campus placements.
Attendance and expectations
• Mandatory attendance for all registered, job aspiring students.
• Active participation is required.
• Bring student ID, notebook, and pen to every session.
• Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Inform the TNP Office in advance if you cannot attend a session.
Schedule and class allocation The detailed program schedule and class allocation for each registered student appear on the attached file. Check your name and assigned class carefully and report to the assigned venue at the scheduled time.
Why attendance matters Insufficient awareness of recruitment processes and industry expectations can lead to missed opportunities for students and may negatively affect the institution’s standing with recruiters. To protect both your prospects and the college’s reputation, the TNP Office strongly advises all job aspiring students to attend the CRT sessions.

NPTEL is offering online certification courses of duration 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks courses in
Engineering, Humanities and Sciences domain starting from July 20th 2026 Onwards.
Last Date for Enrolment : July 27, 2026
Enrolment for courses is open NOW till July 27, 2026 for courses in July - Dec 2026 semester.
Choose from 4-week (Set-1 or 2), 8-week (Set-1 or 2) and 12-week (Set-1 only) courses in any field .
Set-1: Courses start on July 20, 2026, (Enrolment closes: July 27, 2026)
Set-2: Courses start on Aug 17, 2026 (Enrolment closes: Aug 17, 2026)

assignments and at the end of course, there would be a proctored exam, following which a
Certificate is provided from concerned IIT (Center for continuing Education)

Regarding Credit Transfer courses, HOD's will provide details (which courses etc.).
Enrolment is Free for the courses, only criterion is to have a Google account and Interest and
enthusiasm to learn.
For Exam registration and Certification, fee (INR 1000) is applicable.
NPTEL has graciously agreed again to provide Scholarship for our RGUKT Basar students for this
run too ( 1 course per student, i.e. You pay 1000 during exam registration and after passing the
exam 500 would be refunded back into your account) More details on Exam registration and
scholarship (steps) would be updated later.

Instructions:
1. All students must attend the examination without fail.
