Instructions for Recruitment Drive – Group-wise Participation & Schedule
All the registered students are hereby informed that the Recruitment Drive will be conducted in a group-wise manner as per the schedule below.
The list of shortlisted students has been attached and divided into 20 groups. Students are instructed to join the meeting through the shared link strictly as per their respective group order.
Schedule (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
• 30.03.2026 – EEE
• 01.04.2026 – ME
• 02.04.2026 – ECE & ME
Instructions:
• Each group must join the meeting only at their designated time/turn.
• Once a group completes, the next group should join accordingly.
• Students are advised to be ready in advance and ensure timely participation.
• Department PRs (student representatives) are requested to coordinate with their respective groups and ensure smooth communication and participation.
• All participants must maintain discipline, avoid disturbances, and ensure a fair process without any discrimination.
Any deviation from the above instructions may affect participation in the recruitment process.

An ACER Hardware Engineer will be available at ABI (opposite Room No. 205) from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Students who are facing laptop hardware-related issues are advised to visit the above location during the mentioned time to get their issues resolved with the help of the hardware engineer.
Important Instructions:
Clearly explain your laptop issue to the hardware engineer.
Carefully enter the following details in the register:

Problem/issue description
Time and signature
After repair, you must personally collect your laptop from the hardware engineer.
Handing over and receiving the laptop after repair is entirely the student’s responsibility.
Laptop warranties are going to expire soon, so students are advised to attend at the earliest.
