* Interested and eligible students are advised to attend the walk-in interview directly at the venue.

* Students are advised to reach the venue at least **30 minutes before** the reporting time and be dressed in formal attire.

This is to inform all students of E-4 (B20 Batch) that access has been granted to update your latest passport-size photograph in your HUB profile.

DeadLine: on or before 30th July-26
Guidelines for the Photograph:
Background: Plain (preferably white or light-colored)
File Size: Between 50 KB to 100 KB
Format: Standard passport-size photograph
Clarity: The image must be clear and recent

Not Permitted:

         *Selfies are strictly not allowed
          *Photographs taken of a printed photo (e.g., clicking a photo of a printed passport photo using a mobile      phone)are not acceptable, as they result in poor-quality soft copies

*Important Note:
The uploaded photograph will be used in your official academic records and certificates. Hence, it is crucial that the image is of professional quality and adheres to the given specifications.

Submissions after the specified deadline may not be accepted. Please ensure timely compliance to avoid any inconvenience.
