It is to inform you that the Sports Department is going to conduct  trials cum selections on 11/12/2023 at 4:30pm  for Volleyball University Men team to participate in the  South Zone Volleyball Men Inter University Tournament that is going to be conducted by VTU,Belagavi,Karnataka. 

All engineering students are informed to attend the selections.

It is hear by inform to all the Engineering students to observe the following permanent  change in allotment of dining halls.

MESS-II ( SS-Caterer)  is allotted to E-1 and  E-2 Students(BOYS and GIRLS)
MESS-III (SHAKTHI Caterer)  is allotted to E-3 and E-4 Students(BOYS AND GIRLS).

Dear all final year students,

This is to bring to your notice that the proposed photo session of students for the student profiles, infrastructure and group photos of the departments and other facilities in the departments as well as in the campus is scheduled on 5th and 6th of August 2022.

All the students must be available tomorrow (5th August 2022) for the same. The detailed venue and timings for the photo session would be notified by your department faculty placement representative to the respective departments.

It is to inform all the NSS Volunteers that as part of the regular activities under NSS, we had planned to organize a Holistic Day on 13th Feb 2022 (Sunday) from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST. Hence, all the NSS Volunteers are hereby instructed to attend the session. You can get the schedule of spectacular events under Holistic Day in the below attachment.
NOTE:
1. All the Covid-19 protocols must be followed at any cost like: Wearing a mask, applying hand sanitizer, maintaining a physical distance of at least 1m etc. 
2. Kindly Bring your own water bottles, Stationary items (pen, book) for all the sessions. 
3. Do carry your own yoga mat or blanket for yoga sessions. 
4. Attendance will be provided for each and every session. 
5. Do follow suitable &comfortable Dress code for each session.

It is hereby informed to all the registered students for Sevya Multimedia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. that, the Batch-I students need to report at AB-II,308 class Room at 10.30am. and Batch-II students at 1:30pm as the same venue on 5th January 2018. (tomorrow) as per given schedule.
