GREETINGS FROM SPORTS CELL
This is to inform all students, faculty, and staff that the Annual Games & Sports Meet 2025-26 for PUC and Engineering students will commence from 19th January 2025 on the university campus.
All games and events will be conducted at the following venue: Shathavahana Ground
Event Timings: Morning Session: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM Evening Session: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Team Selections
Team selections for PUC Boys and Girls will begin from 5th 2026 January onwards at Shathavahana Ground. Further details regarding selection schedule will be informed shortly.
All participants are instructed to:
Report 15 minutes prior to event or selection time
Attend in proper sports uniform
Follow the instructions of student/sports coordinators

Instructions to take the Aptitude Test.
Date for the Aptitude Test: 7th November, 2022
Online Aptitude Test Slot: 10 AM - 12 PM & 6 PM - 8 PM

Note: You should only open the test link 5 minutes before the test starts – If, you open the test link before the time of login, your session will expire, and you will not be able to login and take the test.
Instructions for Aptitude Test:
Please use the Chrome Browser(preferred). If not available then, you can use any other browser.
You cannot take the test using your Mobile Phone. You need to take this test only using Laptop / Desktop Computer.
Once you click on the test link, you will be redirected to a login page and the application will ask for the below credentials to login and take the Online Aptitude Test.

Passkey for Online Aptitude Test – Will share the passkeys on receiving the batches post seggregation
Note: The passkey will expire 15 minutes after the test Time Slot Given. You can only Login between 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM (Batch 1) & 06:00 PM - 06:15 PM (Batch 2). The application will not allow any logins after 10:15 AM (B1) & 06:15 PM (B2).
Please do not use the passkey or try logging in with the passkey before the test time – If you do that, you will face issues while logging into the test later.
General issues & Resolutions:
1. Invalid Hall Ticket number / Email ID:
If you give a different Email ID during registration and give some other Email ID for logging in, you will get this error
For Eg:
During Registration – siddarth.p@gmail.com
During the test – siddarth.praneeth@gmail.com
Most of the candidates type "Gmil" "Gamil" "Gmila" instead of typing "gmail.com" Some will type .con or ,con / ,com instead of .com. So, please recheck your Email & Hall ticket number typed, and the issue will be resolved.
Resolution: Please try logging in using the correct credentials to avoid getting this error.
2. Error Message while logging in:
Resolution: You can try logging in using a different web browser, clearing all the cache, and by opening an incognito window.
3. Max Limit Error:
In case if you try to login early or late, you will get this error.
Resolution: Please do not login before the test time, or after the passkey expires (30 Minutes after the test starts). You will only be able to login between 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM (Batch 1) & 06:00 PM - 06:15 AM (Batch 2).
4. Multiple Logins Found:
If you start the test in a system and due to "Hardware issue" or "system power off " if, you change your system and try to log in from some other system you will get this error.
Resolution: Please revert to this email in the below mentioned format for these types of queries.

Note: We’ll take only Multiple login issues and resolve. Rest other issues can be resolved on your own. We request you to go through the instructions carefully and resolve the issues on your own.
Please report this issue within first 30 minutes of the test slot. Any issue reported after 30 minutes, cannot be considered.
The application will also ask for your skill set - You can mention any skill you have (Example - Technologies you are familiar with, Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership skill, etc.) Once you fill-in all the details, then you can start the test.

> General Instructions Please do not click on "Finish & Leave" until you finish answering all the sections.
> Please make sure that you have an Un-Interrupted internet connectivity of 2 MBPS ( Minimum ) There is negative marking for this exam.
> For each correct answer you will get 1 Mark and 0.5 Marks ( 1/2 ) mark will be deducted from the overall score for individual section in case, if you mark a wrong answer.
> You can start with any section and move to any section / any question at any point in time. The time is calculated accordingly.
> Anyone found cheating or copying - their test will get submitted automatically from the backend or you will be disqualified by the system. Please report to your placement team in case of any questions or issues with your system.
> Our team will be invigilating "Live" while you take the test, AI Enabled Remote Proctoring Feature is also Enabled in this Platform. This is just to avoid all kinds of malpractice. Please don't get cautious or even think about live invigilation. Please concentrate completely on your test.
> You cannot come out of the full-screen window once you start the test. If, you try to come out of the full screen window, the system will give you a warning and if, the same thing happens more than twice, your test will be submitted automatically.
> Incase, if you are not able to move to the next question / section - please understand that there is a problem with the network connectivity ( Internet bandwidth issue ). The answers you mark will be automatically saved. Even if you have any infrastructure issues in the middle of the test, please don't worry. Please report the same to your placement team and we will do the needful.
“Enabling Audio & Video – Having Camera & Microphone (Working Perfectly) is mandatory for taking the Aptitude. Even for this assessment, you need to use Laptop / Desktop Only!!
