NOTICE

As per the instructions of hon’ble Vice Chancellor, it is to inform all the students that the Holi festival is to be celebrated in a peaceful manner. Please remember this university is ours and it is our common responsibility to keep it clean and green. Due to the minor incidences that took place last year Holi celebrations, the following instructions are issued for effective celebration of festival this year. 

1.	Boys and girls are not allowed to play together in any place and they may celebrate separately. 
2.	Boys are allowed to celebrate Holi is Sathavaahana grounds and girls allowed to play in respective hostel premises (i.e., in cellar or open places) only. 
3.	Students are not allowed play Holi in Academic blocks, class rooms, hostels rooms and hospital. 
4.	No student is allowed to compel others to play Holi in forcible manner.
5.	Eggs are not permitted. Due to the hazardous nature of chemical colours; only natural colours are allowed to use in Holy festival. 
6.	The security personnel are requested to compliance the above instructions strictly and be vigilant.
7.	On Holi festival day, all the Girls should take the dining at S.S. mess only. P1 to E1 boys can dine at Marvel mess and E2 to E4 boys can dine at Telangana mess only. This arrangement is only for one day.
i.	Breakfast: 6.30 am to 8.00 am 
ii.	Lunch:  01.00 pm to 2.30 pm
iii.	Snacks: 5.00 pm to 5.45 pm
iv.	Dinner: 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm
If anybody found violating these rules are viewed seriously and serious disciplinary action will be taken. Damages will be collected from the defaulters.
