               This is to inform to all the girl students of P1,P2,E1 to participate in various cultural events held on March 8th on the occasion of INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY Interested students can contact the faculty P.TEJASVEY Assistant Professor in ECE department  8555968611.
It is to inform all the students that the railway concession forms are available at Office of the student welfare. Hence all the students instructed to make use of the facility provided.
 Rules and Regulations:
1.The concession is applicable only for Sleeper class(SL) and 2nd Seating(2S) only. 
2.The concession will be as follows
  i) 75% of the total fare for SC/ST category ii) 50% of the total fare for other students. 
3. For outward journey ticket must be booked at Basar Station
4. For downward journey ticket the student can book at Basar station now itself or they need to get signature on the concession form at  Basar railway station and later they can book the ticket at their boarding station.
5. For online booked E-tickets the concession is not applicable, the student need to book only at Basar station physically.
6. For Breakup journey also concession applicable maximum of one breakup provided all the tickets must be booked at Basar station only.
7.Each Student will be issued maximum of two forms only.

It is hereby informed to all those students who registered for MATH TALENT HUNT Exam, the exam halls has been posted in the hub and same list is sent to registered Email-Ids.

Note: 
•	The candidates are expected to report the exam hall by 6:15 PM sharp and the exam starts at 6:30 PM 
•	The duration of the exam will be one hour
•	Please bring a pen while appearing for the exam. Answer sheets will be provided to write the answers.
•	Please do not bring scientific calculators as they are strictly prohibited.

It is here by informed to all the PUC-2 students (Telangana) are to submit Scholarship online registration application form hard copy for the academic year 2023-24 on or before 14.08.2024. All the Class rooms Representatives (CR) are required to collect Scholarship application form hard copies along with the following documents from the students and to submit in Scholarship Section on or before 14.08.2024 by 04.00 PM. 
Documents to be enclosed: 
1. Application form Hard copy duly signed by student. 
2. Income Certificate (Original). 
3. Caste Certificate (Xerox). 
4. SSC marks memo (Xerox). 
5. Bonafied Certificates from class 4th to 10th (Xerox). 
6. Bank A/c passbook front page (Xerox). 
7. Aadhaar card (Xerox). 
8. Ration Card (Xerox). 
9. TC (Transfer Certificate - Xerox).

Dear All,

All the students who have paid NPTEL registration Fee  in Omega 9 and could not register or rejected by SPOC can collect back the amount paid from Omega9 anytime from now (29/03/2018 onwards).

Please take back the amount from Omega 9  (bring along ID Card with You)

Apart from that  8 candidates registered  are SC/ST and 1 candidate is differently abled.
So they need to pay Rs.275/- only.

Since excess payment has been made (Rs.550/- in place of Rs. 275/-) we will refund Rs.275/- for each of the 9 candidates. Therefore Rs. 2475/- will be refunded.

This amount has to come from NPTEL, once it comes would update the same and this amount could be taken back.
