As per the Training & Placements Policy of RGUKT-Basar, this act is considered a violation of recruitment discipline. As per the directions of Director, it is to inform all the students of RGUKT that No outpass will be issued to the students as Saturday happens to be a working day. All the students are to make a note of this and cooperate with the Administration.

Students approaching for outpass without having valid reason is treated as an offense and an in-disciple action will be initiated against such students. Any student insisting to consider their case under emergency and medical grounds without substantial evidence will be treated very seriously and resulting in adverse remarks in their records. Such entries will influence their academics, awards and placement opportunities.
