We the Senior NSS VOLUNTEERS of RGUKTB WING . We would like to share few things with our brave and kind NSS VOLUNTEERS of RGUKTB,  we request you to spare 3-5 mins of your prime time and read completely.

   In this present pandemic times, many people are losing their confidence levels because of the news about deaths and some visuals of deaths caused by COVID-19. We would like to remind you all that... there are many great heroes in this world who made impossible, possible with the help of Self-Confidence and self-motivation. 
  Fear is our greatest enemy not this COVID-19 or it's new strains or any other type of disease. Overcome it and show it who the real boss is...

In this regard, we would like to request you all to take a step forward in encouraging those people who are lacking self-confidence and build the confidence levels in them and help them survive the COVID... 
   If you know anyone who got affected by COVID-19, please talk to them regularly and make them laugh, share some memes, reels, videos, or any other stuff to divert them from that pain and survive and come back to their full health... 
   
Please take this initiative and help the people survive... When the storm comes a lone wolf dies but a pack survives

   If any one of our NSS VOLUNTEER feels sad, depressed, stressed or confused. We would like to mention that, We Senior Volunteers are at your Service , you can communicate with us freely, share your feelings, emotions, fears and we will find a solution to that together

This is to inform all the prospective students of E1 for Semester – I of AY19-20 (i.e. the students of PUC – II of AY18-19 and who will be promoted to E1 as per promotional criteria) that access to exercise branch preferences online for E1 may be given any time after 06/05/2019. 

Therefore, the students are strongly advised to keep checking the University Hub (https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub) on a regular basis for all the latest updates about exercising branch preferences online for E1or for any other matters connected with.

As this will be the last vaccination drive for PUC students, all the PUC-1 & PUC-2 students who are eligible for dose1 and dose 2 are requested to get vaccinated.

Dear Students,

The University has constituted Food Committees with student representatives and staff members for the four mess namely, Old Mess (PUC Boys), New Mess (PUC Girls), Mess-1(E1& E2 Students) and Mess-2 (E3& E4 Students). 

- The purpose of these committees is to assess the performance and monitor the catering services provided by the vendor in the above-mentioned four mess halls & submit feedback every fortnight. 

- Students can report any complaints or suggestions to any of the committee members of their respective mess.

- Students in the food committees are requested to contact their respective mess wardens.

This is to inform all students from E1 to E4 that the following guidelines must be followed for outpass requests during the summer vacation:

1.     All students must raise the outpass request at least 48 hours before leaving the campus, 
2.	Students should vacate the hostel room after completion of the End Semester/ Lab Examinations.
3.	For E-4 students, the outpass request will only be accepted after the clearance of the Laptop Submission.
4.	E-4 students are required to apply for the outpass online and also A printed copy of the outpass must be submitted, along with the sign and stamp from the System Administrator confirming laptop submission.

Note:The students who wish to leave the campus  today , even not apply for outpass in online can approach OUTPOST to obtain the outpass.
