Dear Students

The attached sheet containing the list of the students (P1 to E4) who have below 75% attendance as on 31/03/2019 in the current semester.

This is a last chance to the students before the End Semester Examinations to put-in their efforts to improve their attendance in compliance with the academic rules.

The students are strongly advised not to miss any class so that they can keep their attendance at least 75% and/or above to meet the criteria as specified in the existing academic rules and regulations.

It is hereby informed to all students that the AY 18-19 Sem1 MT1 scheduled on 3rd & 4th Aug,2018
are postponed to 10-08-2018 & 11-08-2018.
              It is to inform that the TSRTC came forward and plans the Buses from the RGUKT,Basar Campus to reach their destinations for the students on occasion of Dussera   Festival on normal fares basis (one way fare) as service motto.The same is proposed  by Student welfare section in view of reducing crowd and covid-19.
The E1,E2,E3 can utilize this opportunity. The destinations are Hyderabad ,Karimnagar, Warangal, Siddipet and Janagaon.The interested students can register at student welfare office by giving details so that approximate number can be estimated and thereby booking can be done by TSRTC authorities. Hence the students are advised to utilize the opportunity for safe journey.
The registrations start from   6-10-2021 and students can visit the student welfare office during office hours for registration.

It is here by informed to all the PUC-II, E-1, E-2, E-3 and E-4 students that, those who are eligible for Scholarship are required to renewal their Scholarship application for the Academic Year 2024-25. The link is available in e-pass website. The following Documents to be scanned compulsorily For Renewal Registration Process for the Academic Year 2024-25

1.	Original Income Affidavit (signed by the Student & the Parent)
2.	Passed/Promoted Marks Memo of Previous year.
3. 	College Bonafied Scanned Memo of Present Academic year
4.	Bank Pass Book first page with Bank Account number and IFS Code in case of change. (Not      Required For EBC Students)

Note: 1. Student should have a Mobile Number for receiving One Time Password for registration (Mobile number may belong to the student or any one of his/her family members).
2. The income affidavit should not mismatch between the online application and the hard copy. The certificate that is uploaded during the scholarship application process must be the same copy submitted along with the hard copy of the scholarship application.
