It is here by informed to the all PUC-I students that those who are eligible for scholarship are to apply for fresh Scholarship for academic year 2020-21. The Scholarship fresh Registrations link ( https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/ ). 
Note 1:  Mandatory Documents to be Scanned and Uploaded for Fresh Registration Process for the Academic Year 2020-21                                                                                  

a. Latest Passport size photograph                               
b. Aadhar Card of the Student   
c. Bank Pass Book first page( showing student name, Bank Account Number and IFSC code of the Bank Branch(Not required for EBC students). 
1. Any branch of any nationalized bank with minimum balance(not Zero account), Don’t Use Joint account
d. STUDY/BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE for the last SEVEN consecutive years of Study
Note2:  Student has to keep following information for registration scholarship
a.	Application Number on Caste Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centre
b.	Application Number on Income Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centre after 01-04-2020
c.	S.S.C Hall ticket number, year of pass, type of pass(Regular/Supple./CBSE etc.) to access the application
d.	Scholarship type:  Day Scholar
e.	Admission Number :  Student ID Number
f.	College Admission Date and Hostel Admission Date: Admission Date
Note3:
a.	Students should have a Mobile Number for receiving ONE TIME PASSWORD for registration of application(Mobile number may belong to the student or any one of his/her family members) 
b.	Should have mail ID for save scanned documents for further use.

It is hereby informed to the PUC-I students that those who are eligible for Post Metric Scholarship by Govt. of Telangana under fee reimbursement scheme, are required to register in the e-pass website on or before the 15th of this month (i.e., 15th December 2019) without fail, to get fee reimbursement from the Govt. of Telangana.

All the E4 Students should follow the guidelines to get the out pass.

1.	All the students should raise the out pass request from today onwards by logging msecurity.in

2.	 while raising the online out pass the fields has to fill as follows:
 
       Out date: Exams Completed date (example: 16/09/2020)

       Re In date:  01/10/2020:

       Reason: Course Completed.

3.	The offline out pass will be issued to the remedial Students (not regular) in the Chief Warden Office.

4.	If you have any technical issues while applying online out pass please contact to 9492303856/ 9492301902 or mail to chiefwarden@rgukt.ac.in.

5.	If any student stay in the hostels even completion of exams without permission of chief warden office, it will be viewed very serious.

About the program: 

The Youth Employment Program (YEP) stems from the Tata Affirmative Action Program (TAAP) under the CSR umbrella and has been driven since 2010 addressing the challenge of unemployment within India. The program aims at providing Free Employability Training for the socially and economically marginalized undergraduate youth during their graduation course. 

We believe that this program will create a noticeable transition in the lives of undergraduate engineering and science students to help them step confidently into the corporate world. The goal of this program is to enhance the employability skills for sustainable inclusive growth.

The program comprises of 4 Competencies: Business Communication Skills, Numerical Ability/ Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Programming Concepts. The training intervention starts off during the V semester and continues in a phased manner till the VII semester via Phygital Model.

Note: Due to COVID19 situation, the training program is conducted online post which it will be via Phygital Model

1.   Program Details:

Duration: - Learning Hours: 164 Hours (74 hours of Instructor Led Training and 90 hours of Self Learning)
No. of participants: 50 students per batch
No. of batches – 02-03 batches as per availability of students
No of trainers per session: 1 trainer from TCS
Venue: Arranged by college/ Digital Platform
Certification: On successful completion of the training, the trainees will receive a digital certificate of participation and completion from TCS which will stand as a testimony and accreditation of their employability prospects in the corporate world






1.1   Selection of Students
 
College to provide the list of students in Semester V ( ALL Disciplines)

The students must adhere to the below academic conditions

Marks: Consistent academic performance (with scores of 60% and above) in Graduation, Class XII and Class X is required. CGPA - 6.0 for all students.
Breaks/ Gap in Education: There should be no break in studies. However, as an exception, a maximum of 2 years of break in studies is permissible on account of valid reasons.
One backlog is allowed for students.

Each batch to have 50 students – comprising of minimum 50% of female students , 10% of students from socially marginalized /PWD and rest from poor meritorious category. Two / Three batches can be formed as per the eligible students available.

Guidelines for reference

Income Criteria for Poor Meritorious:

Family annual income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 6 lakh per annum.

Candidates will be required to produce any of the below documents for recording the Income Criteria which is a pre- requisite.

a.   Income Tax Return document of parents/ parent as applicable. (Wherever the Income Tax. Return of parents is not filed/not available; candidates may produce either of the following documents.)

b.   Notarized Undertaking of Annual Income. (Note :  amount of the notarized bond is Rs. 20 )

c.   Bank Statement of previous 6 months (If Parents have Bank Accounts)

 
Socially Marginalized: Students from SC/ST communities

PWD: Person with Disability

 
TCS does a preliminary review and finalizes the students in the batches based on the eligibility criteria.
