Step 1) Go throw this link: www.telanganawc.com .Login with below credentials

Step 2) Please fill the form district, ac, polling booth, operator name, operator name, operator mobile number etc…

Step3) After that submit Generate XML file.

Step4) Upload XML file into Flash video reorder software throw the option of open file appears at the top left corner of the video recorder home page

Step5) If it uploaded successfully then you notice blinking screen appears.

Step6) Click on connect button then you connect the server.

Step7)  Choose target folder for stores the recording videos throw select the browse button.

Step 8) Select 1024 bytes for storage capacity.

Step 9) Finally click on start recorder button.
