 Extempore: During the Extempore Round, candidates will have the opportunity to deliver a 2-
minute speech on a topic provided by the panellists.
 Subject Demo: For the Subject Demo, candidates are required to come prepared with a topic of
their choice and demonstrate it on a board. (Please refrain from introductory topics; we are
particularly interested in observing problem-solving skills.) Additionally, candidates should bring
their resumes.
 HR Interview: This marks the conclusive round for the day, and upon successfully passing this
stage, candidates will proceed to sign the service agreement concurrently.

Dear B11 Batch students,

RGUKT Basar Alumni Association is envisioning to benefit RGUKT Basar and its people for lifetime by extending supporting hand for the growth of alumni and the Institute. We heartily invite B11 batch students to become members in alumni association, to seek support from co-alumni and maintain relationship with the institute. 

To successfully execute the activities and meet the vision, association itself has to generate fund through alumni registration fee, campaigns, donations etc.  [Note: University will not fund for the association activities.]

As per association By-Laws, alumni registration fee is Rs.200 /- . Constitution of the association is available in the website www.alumni.rgukt.ac.in

To make the process simpler, we requested the University administration to deduct Rs. 200 /- from caution fee of the B11 student interested to register and transfer it to Alumni association account. Alumni association will consider it as alumni registration fee.
