Job Description:
The Software Engineer will work as part of the Vassar Labs team to design, develop, customize and implement Vassar Labs suite of products & solutions.  The primary role is to develop the product as per specification, quick turnaround in addressing any shortcomings, mentor the team and ensure the quality of the product.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
•	Participate and contribute to Design, Development and QA discussions/processes
•	Develop the product specifications at the functional and implementation level
•	Develop the product as per the specifications
•	Evaluate various technologies for the product/platform
•	Mentor junior members of the team
•	Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure product quality
•	Develop the overall product for secure, high performance, extendable enterprise platform
•	Prepare operations, interfaces, user and solution documentation as required; and Provide inputs to documentation team on product features, issues and resolution
•	Provide support to the Sales team as needed with product demonstration; develop Proof of Concepts, technical inputs, feasibility study etc.
•	Willingness to work on new technologies, across components.

About Aayush:

	It is to state with due reverence and honour that we are the team of Aayush, a Social Awareness Organization (SAO), an initiation started by the students, had recently given our best work regarding Eco-friendly environment and Social awareness in campus during years 2015-16 and 2016-17.

             The organization works towards various social issues and
creates awareness in the people of RGUKT. As a part of social awareness campaign, many events were conducted like Organ donation awareness camp, Swachch Bharath, Painting the Trees, Placing Placards, Poster presentation (regarding social awareness) etc.
 
		It is an independent organization formed under the
