SCHEDULE OF ADP RECRUITMENT DRIVE
It is hereby informed to all aspirants of ADP that the recruitment drive is scheduled on 22nd Jan 2019, 12:30PM at AB-I auditorium followed by written test at AB-II.
Note: Students have to complete their lunch and report AB-I for Pre-Placement Talk. Go through attached notice for Class allotment.

It is to inform all the students that, those who are eligible and not eligible for scholarship were instructed to clear all their fee dues before END SEM -1 examination. In spite of several reminders most of the students have not paid. It is therefore informed that the students who have not cleared their dues immediately the University will withhold examination hall tickets and also not permitted to register for SEM – 2.
Dear Students,
The examinations for AY_24-25_E1E2E3&E4_S2_EST Remedial mode are scheduled from last week of April. In this regard, it hereby notified to the students having remedials of semester-II in E1, E2, E3, & E4 can register for the above-mentioned examinations from 20th May-25. Registrations made through online submission will only be accepted.
Note:
• Registration starts: 20th May-25.
• Registration ends: 23rd May-25.
Important Notes:
• No spot registration will be accepted.
• Fee details as follows: Rs 250/- each subject.
• This is the last opportunity for B16 batch students.
Instructions for Fee Payment:
1. Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index to register for the above examinations.
2. Select the subjects appearing for examinations for Remedial.
3. Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available modes of payment. Do not refresh or leave that page after the payment till it redirects to the registration page for successful registration.
4. The Examination section is not responsible for refunds if students pay the fee to other Institute accounts.
5. This is the opportunity for B16 Batch students.

It is to inform all the students that the railway concession forms are available at Office of the student welfare. Hence all the students instructed to make use of the facility provided.
Rules and Regulations:
1.The concession is applicable only for Sleeper class(SL) and 2nd Seating(2S) only.
2.The concession will be as follows
i) 75% of the total fare for SC/ST category ii) 50% of the total fare for other students.
3. For outward journey ticket must be booked at Basar Station
4. For downward journey ticket the student can book at Basar station now itself or they need to get signature on the concession form at Basar railway station and later they can book the ticket at their boarding station.
5. For online booked E-tickets the concession is not applicable, the student need to book only at Basar station physically.
6. For Breakup journey also concession applicable maximum of one breakup provided all the tickets must be booked at Basar station only.
7.Each Student will be issued maximum of two forms only.

About Aayush:
It is to state with due reverence and honour that we are the team of Aayush, a Social Awareness Organization (SAO), an initiation started by the students, had recently given our best work regarding Eco-friendly environment and Social awareness in campus during years 2015-16 and 2016-17.
The organization works towards various social issues and
creates awareness in the people of RGUKT. As a part of social awareness campaign, many events were conducted like Organ donation awareness camp, Swachch Bharath, Painting the Trees, Placing Placards, Poster presentation (regarding social awareness) etc.
It is an independent organization formed under the
guidance of our Vice Chancellor Prof. S. Satyanarayana garu, we would like to continue the same accompaniment.
