NOTICE TO E1 STUDENTS

All E1 students are hereby informed that the distribution of laptops will commence from Monday (20/04/2026).
On Monday, i.e., 20/04/2026, laptops will be distributed to the following classes as per the schedule:

CSE-C2 – 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at AB1-004

CSE-C4 – 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at AB1-004

ECE-C1 – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at AB1-005

The laptop distribution schedule for the remaining branches/classes will be posted on the HUB shortly.

Students are requested to follow the above schedule to receive their laptops.

It has come to the notice of the authorities that students residing in the campus are communicating with Examination section via E-mail. Although initially few requests were processed and resolved, during the past few days it is observed that there is an indiscriminate use of this mode and hence it is decided that any further requests made through Mail will not be considered for further processing.

Students are welcome to approach examination section located in AB -II for queries or for any academic work during working hours.

Kindly Co-operate with the authorities in this regard.

1.	To obtain an online outpass for the summer vacation, please raise the outpass request at least 48 hours before the date of leaving the campus.
2.	All E1 to E4 students are requested to vacate their allotted hostel rooms with all their belongings (Include Mattresses, Study chair and luggage bag).
3.	Students are requested not to lock their allotted hostel rooms.
4.	The university will not be responsible for any valuable items (such as laptops, certificates, documents, textbooks, etc.) left in the hostels.
