B.Tech 2018 Passed Outs of CSE / IT / ECE & MCA with 55%
( CANDIDATES MUST HAVE completed B.Tech Degree and Submit
Provisional Certificate / Degree Certificate at the time of joining)
SKILL REQUIRED:
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS is required.
Excellent Communication Skills
Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
Product / Technical support with knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS
Experience in email support and solving the technical issue by step by step process.
Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs - TFR, TRT, TAT, and FCR
Process improvement & Escalations management
Troubleshooting the issues related to ad servicing

• Matching of student name in Aadhar with name in SSC certificate.
