Dear Students,

As per the academic calendar, AY_23-24_E1_S1_EST_Regular & Remedial examinations for E1S1 are scheduled from the second week of the February. Students of batches B16, B17, B18, B19 and B20 who are having remedial in E1S1 courses can register for the mentioned examination.
Important Dates:

Starting date: 06/02/24
End Date: 08/02/24 
Fee details as follows: Rs 250 /- for each subject.

Instructions for Fee Payment:
1.	Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index to register for above examinations.
2.	Select the subjects appearing for examinations for Remedial.
3.	Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available channels of payment. Do not refresh or leave that page after the payment till it redirects to the registration page for successful registration.
4.	The Examination section is not responsible for any refund if students pay the fee to any other accounts of the Institute.

Dear Students,

This is to inform all the E3 & E4 students of AY 2023-24 sem-II, that the students who have attendance between 65% to 75% are required to submit the concerned medical documents at the Academic Section to get their attendance condoned on medical grounds on 22.04.2024 by 4:00 pm without fail.

The documents required are:
1. Medical Certificate from the Doctor for the period of treatment taken
2. Medical Prescription
3. Lab Reports
4. Any other relevant documents.

This is to inform all PUC-II students that it is mandatory to update your e-profile picture by uploading a professional passport-size photograph. This update is compulsory for all PUC-II students and must be completed on or before 20/11/2024.

Please make sure the photograph is recent, clear, and follows the guidelines available on the Hub.
Dear PUC-I students,

The feedback survey conducted today between 2.30 to 3.30 PM is a trial survey. The original survey will be conducted on Tuesday (15.11.2016). The timings of survey on 15th will be posted in the hub very soon. Trial survey is conducted for PUC-I students only to give awareness on the process of feedback.
All the Engineering students are hereby informed that study hours are suspended on 07/07/23.
