Business Analyst (0-2 Years Experience)
Responsibilities:
•	Business Requirements Document (BRD) Creation: 
o	Extract, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements (residential Construction-Operations), including functional and non-functional specifications.
o	Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business((residential Construction-Operations)objectives and goals.
•	Requirements Gathering and Analysis: 
o	Extract, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and end-users.
•	Process Mapping and Optimization: 
o	Create detailed process maps to visualize current workflows and identify Constrains or inefficiencies.
o	Propose innovative solutions and recommend process improvements to streamline operations efficiently.
•	Functional Testing: 
o	Design and execute functional test cases to verify system functionality and adherence to business requirements.
o	Identify and report defects, tracking them to resolution.
•	Bug Tracking and Resolution: 
o	Work closely with Product team to understand, analyze, and prioritize reported defects.
o	Provide clear and concise defect descriptions and reproduce issues to facilitate efficient resolution.
•	Data Analysis and Report Generation: 
o	Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights Collaborating with Data Analysts.
o	Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
•	Product Management Support: 
o	Assist in Product planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of Features.
•	Stakeholder Management: 
o	Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating Product updates and addressing concerns.
o	Conducting workshops and meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
•	Degree in civil engineering field & master’s Preferred.
•	0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•	Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
•	A strong understanding of the construction industry and its processes is preferred.
•	A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to drive innovation.
 
Data Analyst (0-2 Years Experience)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
•	Data Collection and Cleaning: 
o	Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party using suitable programming languages.
o	Cleanse and preprocess data from the data base and convert to the required data Sets to ensure accuracy and consistency using the Suitable programming language /Suitable Tools.
o	Identify and resolve data quality issues, such as missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies.
•	Data Analysis and Interpretation: 
o	Employ statistical techniques and data mining tools to analyse complex datasets.
o	Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
o	Interpret data findings and translate them into actionable insights.
o	Develop and implement data analysis models and algorithms into required platforms.
•	Data Visualization: 
o	Create clear and compelling visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards.
o	Effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•	Report Generation: 
o	Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
o	Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
•	Collaboration:

Dear PUC-I students,

Today NPTEL Has Informed that the Fee Waiver for SC/ST/PWD Candidates would also remain same as 50 Percent i.e. INR 550 Per Course. (Not INR 275 as earlier due to lack of funds)

Above Students have Paid INR 275 Per Course for March/April Exam Registrations, So, As Mentioned earlier, University would add INR 275 Now and Paid RS 550 Per Course to NPTEL.

Hence, There would not be any reimbursement after exam.

Effectively, The course fee to be borne by student would be INR 275 after NPTEL Fee Waiver and University Scholarship.
