Background:
Dial Your Village Inc. (DYV) is a not-for-profit organization committed to the empowerment of communities by supporting them in the areas of education, health, and livelihoods. DYV’s overall objective is to foster holistic, just, and sustainable development among communities and individuals, particularly among the marginalized sections and villages. For this purpose, DYV draws on the resources of like-minded individuals, organizations, and governments in local communities and establishes learning and working networks for the effective crafting and delivery of its services.

"STEP UP" mentoring is an initiative of Dial-Your-Village, an NRI Research and Study Group!

In Telangana, specifically in Hyderabad, we have many Engineering colleges producing thousands of graduates. In terms of training and employability, the news is not very exciting. Rural students with Telugu medium background have the additional challenges of communication skills, which compounds their ability and lowers their confidence levels.

Even for a good student who studied very well, there is a gap of at least 10% to make them ready for career opportunities. A systematic approach to mentoring students from 3rd year onwards will prepare them ahead of graduation, making the transition seamless and smooth.

Once, Again we request all the students to gather before time.
