It is hereby informed to all E4 MME students that the Ramky Group conducting pool drive for E4 MME 2018 passing outs along with Civil & Mechanical students. Interested students need to register in hub.

You are aware that the RGUKT-Basar is celebrating National Energy Conservation Week Celebrations - 2022 from 14/12/2022 to 21/12/2022.
As part of the celebrations, the following events have been planned for 20/12/2022 i.e., today.
1. Human Chain - from 07:30 AM in front of Academic Block - I
2. Valedictory Ceremony of the National Energy Conservation Week Celebrations - from 11:00 AM in the Auditorium, SAC.
In this connection, all E1 students and E2 students of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, EEE, MME, and Chemical Engineering are taking part in the celebrations for whom today's (20/12/2022) academic instruction of the morning session has been suspended from the 2nd hour to the 4th hour. Suspension of classes for E2 students of E2 students of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, EEE, MME, and Chemical Engineering only.

It is to inform all the students that the last date for submitting the Staff Feedback Survey has been extended for three more days that is till 20/04/2018, 11:59PM. The link for the same, https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/efms, will be kept opened again from 18/04/2018 to 20/04/2018, 11:59PM, and all the students shall login with their Hub credentials and submit the survey.
The lists of the students who have not yet submitted the feedback survey have been enclosed herewith for your information.
The students, P1 to E3, who do not participate in the feedback survey will not be permitted for AY18-19, Semester – I registration and in case of E4 students, they will not be given No Dues Certificate if they do not submit the survey.
There will not be any extension, under any circumstances, after 20/04/2018.
NOTE: The students should contact in the Academic Section, if they have any technical or any other related issues while submitting the feedback survey for immediate rectification.

It is mandatory as per the Hon’ble. Supreme Court and UGC/MHRD Regulations that all the students need to fill in an Anti Raging Undertaking, each year. To make the process easy MHRD has developed an ONLINE Facility. All the students need to fill their Undertaking in the following web link. The procedure is very simple and explained on the web site and link will be activated from 23-10-2016 morning at 10AM to 25-10-2016 5PM.

Important: The submission of affidavits is mandatory and there is no exception to this. Non compliance to the Supreme Court orders are treated as “Contempt of Court” and defaulters will be penalized as per law. After submission of affidavits online, the student will receive a confirmation email from Anti-Ragging organization along with students’ affidavit and other attachments. The students need to upload “Student Affidavit” to the link provided by the university.
