Greetings from NSS RGUKT-B WING,

Here is the time for participating in THE NATIONAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT FESTIVAL 2023, Idea for a better tomorrow: India in the world; is India's biggest Elocution competition. This is a great opportunity for all the NSS VOLUNTEERS in india. 

This competition will be held in three levels:-
1. District youth parliament(DYP): 25th-29th January,2023 (virtual mode)
   Language: (Telugu/ Hindi/ English)
2. State youth parliament(SYP): 3rd-7th February,2023 (virtual mode)
   Language: (Telugu/ Hindi/ English)
3. National youth parliament(NYP):23rd-24th February,2023 (Offline mode at Delhi)
   Language: (Hindi/ English)

The topics will be announced before one day of the respective competition individually.

Job Description:
(A)Job Responsibilities:
•	Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to understand project requirements and contribute effectively to the development process.
•	Participate in coding, debugging, and testing activities to deliver high-quality software solutions.
•	Learn and apply industry best practices in Java development, including design patterns, coding standards, and software engineering principles.
•	Gain hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Java-based applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
•	Work with databases and other backend technologies to integrate data into applications.
•	Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.

•	Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

(B) Requirements:
•	Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or related field.
•	Strong understanding of core Java concepts and object-oriented programming principles.
•	Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar technologies is a plus.
•	Basic knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•	Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn new technologies.
•	Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•	Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•	Passion for software development and a desire to pursue a career in Java programming.

(b) Any Client location in India for short spells. In this case, company will provide for Travel, decent accommodation, and a reasonable daily allowance to take care of the expenses
(D) Mode of Work: Work from Office (WFO) and 5 days a week.
(E) Employment Type: 
	Trainee 
•	Duration: 3 months.
•	Stipend Rs 30,000 Per month
•	During these three months, trainees will undergo a comprehensive learning journey covering various essential aspects. Firstly, they will immerse themselves in understanding the company culture, values, and ethos. There will be a detailed learning of the products & solutions of the company. There will be orientation sessions, team-building activities, and opportunities to interact with seasoned professionals across different departments of the company. Throughout the program, trainees will participate both in live and online sessions focused on real-world projects. These sessions will also include hands-on experience, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
•	It will be primarily a classroom training.
	Full-Time Employment.
•	After the completion of the 3 months, an assessment test will be administered. Trainees who successfully through this written test will be converted to Full-Time Employee. 
•	Trainees will be required to sign a service agreement for 2 years. Any breach of this agreement will result in consequences mentioned separately.
•	CTC:  Rs 6,00,000 per annum for the first year. Detailed break up will be provided for selected students. For the second year, the increase will be based on performance as per the annual appraisal.
•	Probationary period 6 months
Salary Details: For the Full-Time Employees (Resources who clear the assessment after the 3 months training period will be converted FTEs)
•	Cost to Company		: Rs.6,00,000/- PA
•	Gross			: 558,780/- PA
•	Basic			: 279,396/-
•	HRA			: 111,756/-
•	Bonus/Perks/Incentive 	: Meal Card-13200/- + LTA-27,939/-
•	Others			: Other Allowance-126,488/- + Gratuity-13433/- + GHI-6,220/-
•	Bond or Service Contract	: Yes

(F) Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement/bond:
•	The EMPLOYEE accepts that, in the event of him/her leaving the COMPANY prematurely during the service agreement period, the EMPLOYEE shall pay a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) as liquidated compensation without demur to EMPLOYER/COMPANY, in view of the cost incurred for the process of selection, training, induction of the EMPLOYEE and for the loss of credibility, as well as for serious disturbance in the business on account of loss of estimated work from the EMPLOYEE and his/her replacement.
