Student Instructions:
1. Candidates are not allowed to take the examination without ID card
2. Do not bring mobile phones or any other electronic devices
3. Do not bring any material.
4. Report to the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of exam.
5. Occupy the seats as per the seating plan.
6. Please read the instructions provided on the answer booklet.
7. No additional sheet will be provided and you have to answer within the booklet only.
Note: If anyone violates the above instructions will be punished as per the rules.

                                   Job announcement of INNOMINDS Phase-II

                      VC'S DINNER FOR "GRADUATING BATCH OF 2020"

Students of E4 are requested to update their data (Photo, Address etc..) in Google form (link) circulated among student groups via Whatsapp/Gmail. This will be used for preparing a Year book containing the data of every student about to graduate in the year 2020.
Please upload your data via Google form by 05:00 PM of 17/12/19.
Plans are in place to unveil the 'Year book 2020' on 20th December.

This is to inform all students that those who have lost their ID cards may apply for a Duplicate ID Card by following the procedure outlined below:

	Remit a fee of Rs. 250/- at the Scholarship Section.
	Submit the application for a Duplicate ID Card along with the fee receipt to the Student Welfare Office.
	Submit a recent passport-size photograph (softcopy).
Important Instructions for Photo Submission:
	The photograph must be clear and recent.
	The file size should not exceed 100 KB.
	The file must be in JPEG or PNG format.
