In adherence to the references 1st and 2nd of the subject cited and according to the requests of TSPSC and the District Collector and Magistrate, Nirmal, pertaining to the examination venue, RGUKT – Basar, for VRO examination on 16-09-2018 – all the students of P1 to E4 are hereby informed that they shall all vacate all their belongings such as books, note-books etc from the classrooms by today evening i.e., by 14/09/2018 evening. No one can be held responsible for the things that have been left over by the students in the classrooms. The laptops of every classroom will be kept in the 7th row of the classrooms by the System / Network Administrators.

In this regard, all the students are required to adhere to all the instructions given by the Academic Section / Examination Section / Administration from time to time.

It is here by informed to all the students (TS) that, those who are eligible for scholarship are required to renew their Scholarship application for the Academic Year 2018-19 to avail the fee reimbursement provided by the government of Telangana State. Link is enabled in website: epass.cgg.gov.in for renewal(P2-E4). The Scanners are arranged at O/o.Scholarship Section, Administration Building for students, students can utilize this facility to scan their required documents, this facility will be available daily from 09:00 AM to 05:00PM. For applying through online, internet facility is made available at  Class room – 311, AB-II daily from 09:00 Am to 05:00 PM. 

The facilities (scanners & internet room) provided to the students would be available up to 29.11.2018 by 04:00PM.

Note: The University is not responsible for late registrations and non submission of your application in time.
