Dear Students,

This is to inform all the students who have registered for the Remedial Lab Examination of Surveying Lab (Subject Code: CE2803) that the examination is scheduled as follows:

Date: 09/03/2026(Monday)

Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Venue: Department of Civil Engineering

All the registered students are instructed to report to the examination hall 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam.

Students are advised to prepare thoroughly and perform well in the examination.

Dear Students,
- At the outset let me wish you best of luck for your annual exams.
Please follow the instructions provided herewith during exams.
1. During exams don't resort to any malpractice. All of you are well capable and if due to any reasons you were not able to prepare well there is an option for better performance in grade improvement/remedial exams. 
2. All the students are requested to ensure that while leaving for mess/ study hours/exams no one is left alone in the room . If your friend insists on staying back in room due to ill health or any other reason pls inform the same to the caretaker/Supervisor immediately.
3. All the students should stay in the allotted room only.
4. In case you need any assistance or support you can always approach the caretaker/hostel supervisor/warden/counselor/chief warden/Adsw.
5.Also, don't forget to Carry your Hall ticket, ID card, 2 pens, Pencil,  water bottle and any other necessary Stationary for your exam.

All the participants are instructed to follow the below guidelines during the conduct of Branch Games 2026.
Proper Sports Attire:
All players must participate in proper sports dress such as T-shirt/jersey, track pants or shorts, and sports shoes.
Team Uniform:
Teams are encouraged to wear similar color jerseys or T-shirts to maintain proper identification during matches.
Haircut and Grooming:
Boys are required to maintain a neat and proper haircut during the games. Extreme or inappropriate hairstyles are not permitted.
Prohibited Attire:
Slippers or sandals are not allowed.
Torn or inappropriate clothing is not permitted.
Compliance:
Players who do not follow the above attire and grooming guidelines may not be allowed to participate in the match.
All students are requested to maintain discipline and follow the above guidelines for the smooth conduct of Branch Games 2026.
