Regarding Package and Commitment
please note the details below regarding the compensation structure and commitment expectations.
Compensation Structure
First 6 Months – Internship Period
•	A stipend of ₹15,000 per month will be paid during the internship period.
•	The company will bear the cost of the Physical Design training provided during this period.
Post Internship – Full-Time Employment
•	Upon successful completion of the internship and based on your performance, you will be regularized as a full-time employee.
•	The offered compensation upon regularization will be ₹3,00,000 per annum, Every Year there will be appraisals and hikes as per the industry standard.
Commitment Requirement
•	The total commitment duration is 48 months, comprising:
o	6 months of internship, and
o	42 months of full-time employment.
•	The applicable bond value for this commitment is ₹8,00,000.

As a part of the MOU, META GATE team are planning to conduct an offline mock test for Metallurgy students of E2-E4 at IIIT Basar on 31st January 2026 (Saturday). 

After the exam we will discuss with the students the following 
1) Detailed paper analysis & Solutions
2) Talk on "How to attempt the GATE Exam?"
3) Take any other doubts that they have. 

Detailed Plan of the Visit

1) The exam will happen from 9.30 AM - 12.30 PM (3 hours duration)
2) It will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) and students are expected to bring their own laptops 
3) After lunch, A seminar on "How to attempt the GATE Exam?" & discuss the mock test paper analysis & solutions
4) Clarify the doubts of the students.
