 This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examinations hall tickets will be distributed on 10th Nov-25(Monday) at AB-II Room No:105 within the specified time slots as given below. All the concerned class representatives must collect their hall tickets within the specified time period and make sure that every  student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Slot 1: 
E2(Reg): 4:00 PM-4:30 PM
Slot 2:
E2,E3&E4(Rem): 4:30 PM- 5:15 PM


Note: 
      Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam. Additionally everyone should wear uniforms during the examinations.

It is hereby notified that the students whose names appear in the attached list have remitted only a part of the prescribed examination fee for the forthcoming regular examinations. In this regard, the listed students are instructed to pay the remaining amount and complete their registration on before 4th November-25 at the examination section counter in AB-II. The examinations for AY_25-26_E2E3&E4_S1_EST Remedial mode examinations are scheduled from 11th November-25. In this regard, it hereby notified to the students having remedials of semester-I in E2, E3, & E4 can register for the above-mentioned examinations from 27th October-25. Dear Students,

All students of the Engineering who are required to appear for the Remedial Examinations for Semester II are hereby informed that the examinations will be conducted during December 2025.
The online registration portal for the Remedial Examinations will be activated in the last week of November 2025. Students are instructed to complete the registration process within the prescribed period and to make necessary academic preparations well in advance.
No late registrations will be entertained under any circumstances. Further details regarding the examination schedule and related instructions will be notified in due course.

Dear Students,

      This is to inform all the students of the E2, E3 & E4 of Semester-I, that the registrations for End Semester Examinations which are going to be held in November-25 are open. It is mandatory that every student must register for every regular end semester examination henceforth. The registration fee is Rs:500/- for each semester. 



Note: 
1.	Hall tickets will only be issued for those students whose registrations are successful.
2.	No other modes of payment will be accepted. 



Start Date: 27th October-25
End Date: 30th October-25.
