    It is hereby informed to all the students that the Tech Fest-2K17 is going to be held in our campus. We are expecting students to come up with unique Logo. The best will be selected and awarded. Interested students can submit their ideas in drawing to the Tech Fest Organization team.

    Literary club of the university is organizing the following competitions.interested students are request to present them self at SAC Auditorium @ the mentioned time:

Event: Essay writing (Telugu & English)    Time : 5:00 PM - 5:30PM
Event: Poem writing (Telugu)                      Time:  5:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Date: 05/1/17

Event: Elocution (Telugu & English)    Time : 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Event:  Debate (English)                         Time : 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Note: Paper will be provided for Essay writing. Students should get the rest of the stationary required

  • 27, Dec 2016: Technical events: Line Following Robo Race and Maze Runner 

    Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is organizing two technical events for RGUKT students on 6th January 2017.
The Events are
1. Line Following Robo Race
2. Maze Runner
So interested candidates can register their group (maximum 3 members per group) on or before 5:00PM by 29-12-2016 at any following student organizer.

  • 02, Nov 2016: Reg: Open House on 5th November 

    In continuation to the Open House event which was held on 29th October 2016 for the four departments, now this time Open House event is going to be organized for the remaining five departments on 5th November 2016. 
On 5th November 2016 the labs of the Civil, Chemical, EEE,MME and Chemistry departments will be kept opened.
In the previous notice given, the MME dept. name was not there but MME dept. is also conducting this event on 5th November 2016. 
The location of each department labs will be informed by the posters which are going to be pasted at various places of our university.
The timings of this event is 1:30 pm to 5 pm on this Saturday.
All the students are requested to utilize this event to get the insight of the laboratories of each department in our campus.

  • 23, Oct 2016: Technical Events:-Open House 

    As a part of the Technical events, Open House event is going to be organized in our campus on 29th October 2016 and 5th November 2016 in the afternoon sessions. In this event all the laboratories of the different departments will be kept opened and the students are allowed to visit them. Also in each department some students will explain about their main equipment in the labs. This event is open to all the students and staff.
On 29th October 2016 the labs of the ECE, CSE, Mechanical and Physics departments will be kept opened and on 5th November 2016 the labs of the Civil, Chemical, EEE and Chemistry departments will be kept opened.
The location of each department labs will be informed soon.
All the students are requested to utilize this event to get the insight of laboratories of each department in our campus.

    Last date of receiving applications for central student coordinators(1 boy+1 girl) is 4/10/2016.

The applications can be given to the undersigned/Technical committee members.

  • 28, Sep 2016: student coordinators for Technical events 

                                                                 IMPORTANT NOTICE

This time institute is going to conduct Technical events through out the academic year. For the successful conduction of the events students participation is indeed. As of now some positions are in need and declared by the Technical events committee namely,

Central student coordinators for the Technical events (1 boy+1 girl) who are going to organise the events centrally
Departmental student coordinators for the Technical events(1 boy+1 girl) who are going to organise the events from the department side

Interested students can come with their bio-data and contact the corresponding faculty, however the applications need to get acknowlegded by the department HoDs.

For the central student coordinator task students(preferably E3) can contact the undersigned/ Technical events committee and 
for departmental student coordinator task students can contact their department Faculty coordinator for Technical events.

Final selection of central student coordinators will be done by the technical events committee.

Last date of receiving the applications is 4-10-2016.
