Dear Students,

This is to inform all the students of E1, E2, E3 & E4 that registrations for the End-Semester Examinations, which will be held from last week of April-25, are open. Henceforth, it is mandatory that every student register for every regular-semester examination. The registration fee is Rs: 500 for each semester. 




Note: 

1.	Hall tickets will only be issued for those students whose registrations are successful.
2.	No other modes of payment will be accepted. 


Start Date:26th April-25 
End Date: 29th April-25. 

Instructions for Fee Payment:
1. Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index to register for the above examinations.
2. Select the subjects appearing for examinations.
3. Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available modes of payment. Do not refresh or leave that page after the payment till it redirects to the registration page for successful registration.
4. The Examination section is not responsible for refunds if students pay the fee to other Institute accounts.

Dear Students,
Hall Ticket Distributing for E1,E4 and E3 (Only Civil Engg Department) , so all CRS of above mentioned respective  Year and branches students come to ABII-105 to collect your respective classrooms students Hall Tickets. 

Dear Students,
All CRs are requested to come to ABII-105 to collect your AY24_25_E1E2E3E4_Sem2_EST_Regular_APR-MAY2025_Hall Tickets of your respective classrooms.

All E1 to E4 students are requested to carefully read the following instructions:

1.	To obtain an online outpass for the summer vacation, please raise the outpass request at least 48 hours before the date of leaving the campus.
2.	All E1 to E4 students are requested to vacate their allotted hostel rooms with all their belongings (Include Mattresses, Study chair and luggage bag).
3.	Students are requested not to lock their allotted hostel rooms.
4.	The university will not be responsible for any valuable items (such as laptops, certificates, documents, textbooks, etc.) left in the hostels.
