It is to inform all the students that they need to abide by the following rules during academic hours.

1.	Students of P1 to E3 should be inside the classroom by 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Morning session and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm 
        in the afternoon session on all the working days.
2.	Students of E4 should maintain their time schedule as per the time table of the open Elective Classes.
3.	Students should wear a uniform and university ID card.
4.	Maintaining discipline with fellow students.
5.     Cell phones and any electronic gadgets are prohibited with immediate effect.
6.     Damaging University property is an offense. if found, will be held liable for the penalty.
        
Students needs to adhere to the above points otherwise university will take necessary action.

 Dear NPTEL Course taker,
 
As you are aware NPTEL has been very supportive to our institute, be it providing scholarships or sharing the all courses data which is currently available on our local server etc. They wish to have a small interaction with the students who have completed the courses to study the impact of the same, this activity is being done at a national level for a few institutes (random). This is as a part of policy making at the national level and is an important impact survey/analysis. 
 
CPPR  (Centre for Public Policy Research ), a national level organization  based at Kochi is conducting an analysis at our campus to understand the impact of the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) among its stakeholders from the institutions. CPPR is conducting this analysis on behalf of the NPTEL team headquartered at Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai.
 
As a part of the research, CPPR will be conducting the following activities:-
1.       Conduct interviews with 
• Institutional Head
• Students from Engineering who are part of the NPTEL program 
• 10 teachers who are part of the NPTEL program 
 
 
In this context, the students who have completed the NPTEL Courses so far are requested to meet Mr. S Chand Rakesh Roshan, NPTEL Coordinator, at AB3 Placement office on 18-02-2020 and 19-02-2020 ( 4 to 6 pm ). Please treat it as important. 
 
They would be interacting with our students who have completed 03 courses, 02 courses and 01 course so far. Please meet the undersigned as per dates and time as mentioned above.

It is to inform you that, the night study hours will start from today onwards i.e., 17/02/2020, on all working days from
Monday to Friday between 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Students are strongly advised to utilize the study hours for Academic
pursues.

No student movement will be entertained between 8:05 PM to 9:45 PM. Disciplinary actions could be initiated against the students involved
in a violation of the study hours. Attendance will also be taken of the students, by the monitoring staff, during study hours.

Study hours would provide an excellent opportunity for the student to consolidate what has been taught in the class.
Students, therefore, are expected to make use of their time wisely to excel in their academics.

Dear NPTEL Course taker,
