It is hereby informed to all the Registered students for SUDOKU-Math day Event to find the reporting halls in the attachments for participating in the event .All the candidates are expected to report on 13-12-2017(Wednesday) at 5:45 PM Sharp and the contest begins at 6:00 PM sharp.

Note:If any registered student Id is missing in the attachment.Please report to AB-I 104

Go through the following instructions before coming to the contest

(The invigilator should announce the following instructions in the exam hall.)
1.	Any type of  electronic gadgets are  NOT allowed into the exam hall.
2.	Candidates are requested to reach the allotted class room atleast 10 minutes before the commencement  of the competition.
3.	Candidates are NOT  allowed to enter the exam hall after the commencement of competition.
4.	Candidates are NOT allowed to open the puzzle before invigilator announce to start.
5.	All the participants should write their student ID number before solving the puzzle, otherwise  your participation is invalid.
6.	All the three levels of Sudoku game will be conducted continuously based on immediate results of the previous level.
7.	The maximum time bound for LEVEL-1 is 10(ten) minutes. All the participants who correctly solves completely are allowed for LEVEL-2.
8.	Incomplete solutions are not valid.
9.	The results of the LEVEL-1 will be announced within 30 minutes after completed. Until than students are requested to wait in their exam hall only.
10.	Those who shortlisted by LEVEL-1 are only permitted to attend LEVEL-2.
11.	The maximum time bound for LEVEL-2 is 15 minutes. If any participant completes the solution before 15 minutes, requesting him/her to submit it immediately to the invigilator. So that the invigilator record the time duration taken by you to complete it. 
12.	All the participants please note that, the shortlist for LEVEL-3 is based on minimum time taken by the participant to solved LEVEL-2 correctly and completely within the maximum time bound.
13.	The results of LEVEL-2 will be announced within 20 minutes after completed. Until than participants are requested to wait in their exam hall.
14.	Those who shortlisted by LEVEL-2 are only permitted to attend LEVEL-3.
15.	The maximum time bound for LEVEL-3 is 15 minutes. The top 2 participants who takes minimum time to solve correctly and completely within the maximum time bound will be awarded as winners.

1. Career Guidance / Career Orientation Session
•	Date: 07 February 2026 (Friday)
•	Time: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
•	Venue: SAC
•	Participants: All E3 students (MME, EEE, ME, CE, ECE, CSE & Chemical)
•	Attendance: Mandatory (will be recorded)
•	Resource Persons: Industry & Career Guidance Experts from UWH

2. CRT / JRT Training Program (ASPIRE CAREER – 10 Days)
•	Duration: 09 February 2026 to 19 February 2026
•	Daily Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
•	Participants: Selected 200 students
•	Batching: 4 Batches × 50 students each
•	Mode: JRT & Aptitude & Reasoning (Simultaneous Plan)

Important Instructions to Students
All participating students are strictly instructed to follow the guidelines below:
1.	Attendance is compulsory for both the Career Guidance Session and the entire 10-day CRT/JRT Program.
2.	Students must actively participate, stay attentive, and ask questions to the trainers during sessions.
3.	Passive attendance is discouraged — students are expected to be engaged, responsive, and disciplined throughout.
4.	Class Representatives (CRs) must coordinate with faculty coordinators, trainers, and the T&P Office for:
o	Session coordination
o	Attendance tracking
o	Smooth conduct of the program

Important Note
•	Non-attendance, partial attendance, or lack of seriousness in any of the above activities may lead to the student being debarred from upcoming on-campus recruitment drives.
•	Attendance will be monitored session-wise and day-wise.
•	Final assessments will be conducted at the end of the program.
