This is to inform all the students of PUC1, PUC2 & Engineering those who want to update their Name, Father Name and profile Picture are instructed to fill all the text fields which are mandatory like Nationality, Category, Blood Group, 12 Digit Aadhaar Number, PUC CGPA, Year of Passing, Names and Contact Numbers of Parents, Minor Branch and Any Scholarship Received. The details can be filled at your level in the Students Bio Data form in e-Profile. You are required to check whether all the above details are filled correctly before coming to the concerned department. No text field in the form should be left empty before submission of the form.

All the Engineering students should give two decimals while entering their CGPA, for example 9.45, and for PUC1& PUC2 students it has to be filled with 0.00 and the Passed Out year is to be filled with 0000.

NOTICE ON REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS

All the students and staff members of RGUKT Basar are hereby informed that the university is going to celebrate 68th Republic day on 26th January 2017 at Satavahana Grounds from 8 AM onwards. Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. S Satyanarayana garu will hoist the national flag and address the campus community. The following is the tentative program schedule for this event.
•	Assembly of all staff & students:  08:00 Hrs.
•	Arrival of the hon'ble Vice Chancellor: 08:15 Hrs
•	Flag hoisting & Speech: 08.30 hrs
•	Guard of honour: 8.50 hrs
Hence kindly make it convenient to attend the Republic day function without fail.

The resident doctors have reported that they are treating cases of chicken pox infected patients for the last three days. The main reason attributed for this is eating stale food. This is a viral one and everyone has to take precautions against it.
                                                   All the students are hereby cautioned against eating any stale food and the common symptoms are high fever, body ache and rashes on entire body.

The hospital has earmarked a isolation room for treatment patients with above symptoms and students are advised to contact hospital immediately for treatment.
