     This is here by inform to all PUC & Engineering students should return the previous semester books at central library. Otherwise late fine Rs.200/- will be collected.

Dear Students,

 This is to bring to your attention that, for the AY_22-23_E4S2_EST_(Reg&Rem)_May-23 examination hall tickets will be distributed to the concerned class representatives on 27th April-23 (Thursday) at AB-II Room No:105 from 3:00PM to 4:30PM. All concerned class representatives must collect their hall tickets within the specified time period and make sure that every  student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Note:Students having halltickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examiantion counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

English Language Lab External Examination 
Date: 28-04-2023
Time: 2pm to 3:30pm
Venue: PUC- Old Block 
Report to the Examination by 1:30pm

Instructions: 
1)	Students should come to the exam hall in uniform by carrying ID card, pen, pencil, eraser and scale etc... 
2)	After 1:55pm, no student is allowed into the exam hall. 
3)	No electronic gadgets like; smart watches and calculators etc...are allowed into the examination halls. 
4)	Please check your seating arrangement, classroom and venue before coming to the examination centre. 
5)	If any further examination related queries please do contact your respective class teacher or the HoD of English (9490081942) 
6)     For Seating Arrangement, please do look into the file attached below.

Dear Students,

It is to bring your attention that all the students must follow the instructions during the examinations:
1. Students must enter the examination hall 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
2. Students are supposed to wear Uniform and Identity Card issued by the University for all the examinations henceforth. No student will be allowed to enter the examination halls without them.
3. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones or any other electronic gadget to the examination hall. Electronic gadgets will not be returned, once found during the examinations.
4. Students indulging in any kind of malpractices, will be expelled from the hall and would cancel all the remaining of examinations.

This is to bring it to your attention that the online applications for re-verification of AY_21-22_SEM2_Remedial-Jan&Feb-23 results are now open. You can pay the fee and submit your online applications through the link provided on the RGUKT Hub website: https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/revaluation.
Make a note that the last date for submitting your online applications is 2nd May-23. After this date, no applications will be accepted. Submit your applications at the earliest to avoid any last-minute hassles.
Note that only online registrations will be accepted, and no offline applications will be entertained. It notified to you that payment made from the SBI collect option will not be accepted. 


Fee Details: Re-verification Fee: Rs.200/- per subject.
Important Dates: Starting date of Registration: 29/04/23.
Last date for registration: 02/05/23.
