It is to inform all the PUC-I students that Our university has declared Home sick holidays from 15th August 2018 to 19th August 2018 .Now you can ask your parents to come on 14th August -2018 Afternoon  to take you to your home .Outpass will not  be issued to any student without parents.

We are planning to organize an interactive session with the present students regarding entrepreneurship skills, career optioning skills and competitive exam preparation skills. As part of this session one of our alumni enterprise, C Square Group, will be sharing their experience.

C Square Group is a startup offering architectural, structural and infrastructure execution services comprising wide pool of well-established architects and engineers (RGUKT Alumni) from various industries. This session will greatly helpful to the students who are having interest in entrepreneurship.

All those interested in Ideas, suggestions and to know one of the ways to successful career are welcome to attend the session.

Venue: The talk is on 11th August 2018,Saturday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM in AB-I Auditorium.

         All the NCC Cadets are here by informed to report on 12 -08-2018(Sunday) at 6:30 AM for March Past practice in view of the Independence Day celebrations on 15th August, 2018. All the participants will be given Merit Certificates on that day including those participated last year by our Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor.

Dear Students

It is to inform the shortlisted students of E2, E3 and E4 (the list attached) that two representatives from X Billion Skills Lab are visiting our Campus on 10th and 11th of August, 2018.

X Billion Skills Lab enables youth from lower income communities who display high cognitive potential to gain 21st century core skills (emotional intelligence, problem solving, critical thinking), future ready workplace skills (data science, technology driven marketing/sales, artificial intelligence), enhance their employability and gain access to meaningful employment in new age enterprises in sectors such as green, media-tech, healthcare tech, cyber security, digital payments & e-commerce.

During their visit they would like to interact with the students to grasp their aspirations, interests, cognitive profiles and other necessary information and further to develop a strategy/road map to start a pilot project to provide such 21st century core skills, future ready workplace skills and enhance employability for selected students. Identify relevant employment opportunities. 

In this connection, they would like to have three sets of interactive sessions with approximately 30-40 students each time, from a cross section of departments.

The Academic Section has shortlisted few students on merit basis from each class, across each department batch/year wise and the same has been attached herewith for your information.
The shortlisted students will have an interactive session, on 11/08/2018 at the Conference Hall, RGUKT – Basar, with the representatives of X Billion Skills Labs according to the schedule given below.

Session 1: From 01:30 PM with all the E2 students from all branches
Session 2: From 04:30 PM with all the E3 students from all branches
Session 3: From 07:30 PM with all the E4 students from all branches

In this regard, all the students are requested to utilize this opportunity and attend the interactive sessions without fail.

1.	Strategic planning for mass plantation program in the coming week 
i.	 Involving all RGUKT people - Students, Staff.
ii.	Class wise allocation of plantation area 
iii.	Preparation of placards and other if any for effective conduction of the program

2.	Unit wise division of work 
i.	Selection / Election of unit wise student coordinator for every 20 volunteers
ii.	Selection / Election of representatives for attendance management, Drafting of the activity and monthly report, photo& video management, publication of NSS activity in official and social media.
iii.	Other if any.

3.	Furnishing complete details of newly joined NSS volunteers and enrollment of new volunteers

4. NSS activity in adopted villages.

Dear all NPTEL Registered students,

For the benefit of NPTEL Course Registered students (Free elective students as well as Certification Students), the following rooms are earmarked for the viewing, downloading of NPTEL Videos and for Submitting assignments for the same.

Timings of availing Facility: Morning 9 am till 7 pm

The students must enter their credentials at the Register/Log Book placed at the entrance of AB-1 and AB-2 respectively, and this must be used only for the sole purpose of NPTEL. 

Anyone misuse of the facility by anyone would be considered on a very serious note.

Have a Happy Learning. Please Submit Assignments on a regular basis.

The Academic Section functions from its new location from today i.e., from 13/08/2018 onwards.
