Dear all

Due to increase in number of COVID-19 cases, the Lockdown in the Telangana State has been extended upto May 7th, 2020 by the Government of Telangana. We do not have any official information / confirmation on reopening the University and on face to face teaching-learning process (traditional classroom teaching).

The academic activities have been suspended for the past one month and almost all the Semester - II courses of the current academic year have been stalled, therefore, pending syllabus has to be covered or completed.

During this critical situation of COVID-19, in order to cover the entire pending syllabus, it has been decided that Online teaching / Remote teaching / Distance Teaching (Distance Learning Mode) / Flip class teaching method(s) must be used.

Hence, all the University staff and students are requested to cooperate and adopt to this change during this COVID-19 situation and complete pending syllabus as early as possible.

Note 1:  Guidelines on Online teaching / Remote teaching / Distance Teaching (Distance Learning Mode) / Flip class teaching method(s) will be sent soon.

Note 2: Please do respond to the mails or to any other communication received from the Academic Section or from the Academic Section staff, as early as possible, as and when required for this purpose as many of our staff are working from homes. They may also call you beyond office hours as per the requirement, hence, we request you to cooperate with them.  Dr. Chetan Singh Solanki, a professor from IIT Bombay, brand ambassador of Solar Energy for Govt. of MP, and Founder of the Energy Swaraj Foundation, has undertaken Energy Swaraj Yatra through a solar bus for 11 years, until 2030. In the wake of serious and catastrophic climate change, this Energy Swaraj Yatra is designed with a purpose to create a public movement towards the adoption of 100% solar energy.
 Prof.Solanki has also been referred to as“Solar Man of India” by Times of India, The Hindu, and India Today. Some people also call him “Solar Gandhi.”

 Note: You are instructed to report 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
A few CSE students who applied for Analog/Digital Design (which they are not eligible for) have been considered for the Embedded Software role.

 Important Instructions
•	Carry a wired earphone set with a 3.5 mm jack.
•	No electronic gadgets are allowed.
•	Ensure your laptop is connected to a power supply.
•	Video must remain ON during the entire exam.
•	A Microsoft Teams link will be shared 1 hour before the exam.
•	Be present at the test center 30 minutes in advance.
•	Exam Duration: 90 minutes (starts at 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM, depending on the batch).
•	Copy-paste is disabled in the test environment.
•	The tool will monitor your screen continuously. Switching windows more than 2–3 times will lead to session termination.
•	On clicking the test link, fill in all required details carefully and note the CODE for re-login if needed.
•	Rough sheets will be provided.
