It is hereby informed to E1(ECE,CSE,EEE&ME) students that E1_Sem2_ ELL written examination scheduled on 04/04/2017 at 3PM.
Dear Students,

This is to inform all the E1- E4 students of AY 2024-25 sem-I, that the students who have attendance between 65% to 75% are required to submit the concerned medical documents at the Academic Section to get their attendance condoned on medical grounds on or before 10.12.2024 by 4:00 pm without fail.

The documents required are:
1. Medical Certificate from the Doctor for the period of treatment taken
2. Medical Prescription
3. Lab Reports
4. Any other relevant documents.

                      NPTEL Online Certification Courses
                                 July-Dec 2024 Run

Dear all,

NPTEL is offering online certification courses of duration 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks courses in Engineering, Humanities and Sciences domain starting from July 22nd 2024 Onwards.

Enrolment for courses is open NOW till July 22nd, 2024 for courses in July-Dec 2024 semester. Choose from 4-week (Set-1 or 2), 8-week (Set-1 or 2) and 12-week (Set-1 only) courses in any field .

Set-1: Courses start on July 22nd 2024,(Enrolment closes: July 29th 2024) 
Set-2: Courses start on Aug 19th 2024 (Enrolment closes: Aug 19th 2024) 

•Exam Dates are as follows ::

Sep 20, 21,22 and Oct 24,25, 26, 27 and Nov 2,3,9,10, 2024  ( Two sessions on each day ;; 9am-12 noon; 2pm-5pm)

These courses run from start date July 22nd, 2024 and every week there would be online assignments and at the end of course, there would be a proctored exam, following which a Certificate is provided from concerned IIT (Center for continuing Education)

Enrolment is Free for the courses, only criterion is to have a Google account and Interest and enthusiasm to learn.

For Exam registration and Certification, fee (INR 1000) is applicable. 

NPTEL has graciously agreed again to provide Scholarship for our RGUKT Basar students for this run too  ( 1 course per student, i.e. You pay 1000 during exam registration and after passing the exam 500 would be refunded back into your account) More details on Exam registration and scholarship

Dear Students,

 This is to bring to your attention that, for the AY23-24_E2_S1_EST_Reg&Rem-Feb-24 examination hall tickets will be distributed to the concerned class representatives on 23rd Feb-24(Friday) at AB-II Room No:008 within the specified time slots as given below.
Regular Hall Tickets(Class Representatives only):
Room No: 008
Timing: 3:30 PM-4:30 PM
Remedial Hall Tickets(Concerned Students):
Room No: 008
Timing: 3:30 PM-4:30 PM

 All the concerned students must collect their hall tickets within the specified time period and make sure that every  student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Hall Tickets for the above mentioned examinations will not distributed there after.

Note: Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

Notice: Start of Preparations for Women’s Volleyball Team Selections (AIU)

All women students of RGUKT Basar who are interested in participating in the AIU (Association of Indian Universities) Women’s Volleyball Tournament are hereby informed that they can start their preparatory practice sessions from today (19-11-2025) onwards. 
 
These sessions are being arranged to prepare students for the official selection trials, which will be conducted shortly.

Details of Preparation Sessions:

Start Date: 19-11-2025

Time: 6am to 7am 
        5pm to 7pm

Venue: Volleyball Court, RGUKT Basar


Instructions for Participants:
1. Interested students must attend the practice sessions regularly.
2. Sports attire and shoes are compulsory during training.
3. Players must report at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
4. Preparatory sessions will focus on skill development, fitness, coordination, and teamwork.
5. Attendance and performance in these sessions will be considered during final team selection.

All eligible women students are encouraged to join the practice sessions and prepare for representing RGUKT Basar at the AIU level.
