As you are well aware, Engineers’ Day is celebrated on September 15 every year in India commemorating the birthday of one of the greatest engineers in India so far and a great human being Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvarayya. The University is celebrating the “Engineers Day” on September 15th, 2019 (Sunday) with a theme “Engineering for Change”. 

Highlights of the Event:
•	Ride on Electric Vehicles developed by RGUKT Basar Students
•	Central Quiz Competition – Interdisciplinary Teams (students from all departments form a team)
•	Human Chain formation – Representing the University and Department Logos 
•	Flash Mob by students from all departments.
•	Department events with the Theme of “Engineering for Change”.
•	Poster presentations
•	Department Videos comprising of service of the Department to the society and achievements 
•	Stage performances by all the department students. 

Thereby, your presence and participation would give an insight about the engineering departments and the achievements of the university and the departments. This would certainly motivate you to become great engineers.

The T&P Team wishes to inform about a career opportunity at Altcognito Systems. Altcognito Systems would like to hire B. Tech. ECE Graduates from class of 2024 to join them with following details.

A company-sponsored 3-month training program in VLSI (Physical Design) for students who have completed their B.Tech in ECE with a minimum aggregate of 70%. This training program aims to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge essential for the VLSI industry.
 
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will have the opportunity to join us as interns for a duration of 6 months, during which a stipend will be provided. Subsequently, based on the company's requirements and the candidate's performance during the internship, there will be potential for full-time employment with a salary range between 4 to 4.5 lacs.

Dear Students,

In continuation with the notice posted in hub on 3rd June2020, it is to inform the students who are detained in previous years due to backlog credits for example not promoted from E1 to E2/ from E2 to E3/ from E3 to E4.

The students who have cleared backlogs and who are eligible to promote as per the academic promotion rules can apply for readmission for Sem1, AY20-21. The students who have not cleared the backlogs can also apply for readmission and these students will be permitted for readmission on condition basis that students will be allowed to write end semester after clearance of backlogs as per criteria of Academic promotion rules.

Students can apply for readmission by 30th June2020, and details are mentioned in previous notice posted on 3rd June 2020.
