It is hereby informed to all the students with pending biometric authentication for scholarship applications are required to complete the biometric authentication without fail (Most Important).

This is to inform all students that those who have lost their ID cards may apply for a Duplicate ID Card by following the procedure outlined below:

	Remit a fee of Rs. 250/- at the Scholarship Section.
	Submit the application for a Duplicate ID Card along with the fee receipt to the Student Welfare Office.
	Submit a recent passport-size photograph (softcopy).
Important Instructions for Photo Submission:
	The photograph must be clear and recent.
	The file size should not exceed 100 KB.
	The file must be in JPEG or PNG format.
