The following students are requested to submit their laptops to the Acer Hardware Engineer, stationed at AB-I, Second Floor (opposite Room No. 205), for repair purposes. Time: Today from 3:30PM to 5:00PM
Instructions:
Clearly explain your laptop issue to the hardware engineer.
Enter your details in the register provided, including:

Laptop Serial Number,Problem Description,Date/Time (Inward and Outward) 
Inward - laptop submission to Hardware Engineer(date, time, and sign only
Outward - laptop Receive from Hardware Engineer (date, time, and sign only)

Submit the laptop only after recording all details clearly and accurately.

After Repair:

Once the repair is completed, you must check your laptop in the presence of the hardware engineer.

After confirming that the issue is resolved, you may collect your laptop.

Note:
***** The responsibility of the registered laptops lies solely between the student and the hardware engineer.
* Student must carry your ID card before receive laptop from Hardware Engineer.
