All the Class room Representatives are required to collect Scholarship application form hard copies with the following documents from the students and to submit in Scholarship Section (w-9) on or before 16.02.2017 by 04.00 PM.

2. Income Affidavit (Original).
3. Previous year marks memo (Xerox).
4. Bank A/c passbook front page (Xerox).
5. Aadhaar card (Xerox).
