Please find attached the details of amount received and expenses of AARON Diwali event conducted on 27th Oct 2019.

The Final amount Rs 85459 is deposited to Hope House official account on 05th and 06th November 2019.

On behalf of the Hope House Team, we thank all the students for their active participation in the AARON Event, We thank all the Hope House Volunteers for their active participation.

All the students of P1, P2, E1, E2, E3, and E4 are hereby informed to return the sports materials issued to them to the Sports Cell on or before 30th April 2026 (7:00 PM).

This instruction is issued in view of the internal auditing of sports materials. Further, fresh issuance of sports materials will be carried out in June 2026.
Submission Schedule:
Dates: 28th April 2026 to 30th April 2026
Morning: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Students are instructed to strictly adhere to the above schedule.

Penalty Clause:
Failure to return the materials within the stipulated time will attract a penalty of ₹100 per day per article from 1st May 2026 onwards.
All students are requested to cooperate and ensure timely submission.
