Dear Students,
The examinations for AY_24-25_E1E2E3&E4_S2_EST Remedial mode are scheduled from last week of April. In this regard, it hereby notified to the students having remedials of semester-II in E1, E2, E3, & E4 can register for the above-mentioned examinations from 20th May-25. Registrations made through online submission will only be accepted.
Note:
• Registration starts: 20th April-25.
• Registration ends: 23rd April-25.
Important Notes:
• No spot registration will be accepted.
• Fee details as follows: Rs 250/- each subject.
• This is the last opportunity for B16 batch students.
Instructions for Fee Payment:
1. Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index to register for the above examinations.
2. Select the subjects appearing for examinations for Remedial.
3. Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available modes of payment. Do not refresh or leave that page after the payment till it redirects to the registration page for successful registration.
4. The Examination section is not responsible for refunds if students pay the fee to other Institute accounts.
5. This is the opportunity for B16 Batch students.

The students desirous for seeking reverification for AY_23-24_E3_S1_EST_Reg&Rem_Dec&Jan-24 can pay the fee and submit their online applications available in https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/revaluation on or before 1st Jun-24. Only online registrations will be accepted through the hub. Reverification will not be considered for labs, comprehensive viva, mini-project, project, seminar, and internship.

It is followed by Releasing Tricolored Balloons at 9:30am in the premises of Administrative Building. In this connection, all the faculty, non-teaching and students are cordially invited to join in the Freedom Walk. You are requested to assemble at PUC Old Block sharp by 8:45am.

It is hereby informed to all those students who registered for MATH TALENT HUNT Exam, the exam halls has been posted in the hub and same list is sent to registered Email-Ids.
Note:
• The candidates are expected to report the exam hall by 6:15 PM sharp and the exam starts at 6:30 PM
• The duration of the exam will be one hour

Schedule of ACHALA IT Solutions written test
Registered students from Achala IT Solutions will get a test link now, the test is for 90 minutes, the students can commence the test anytime starting from now (Link is valid for 24 hours).
All students who get a test link from Achala IT solutions must complete the test before tomorrow morning 10:30 am.
They can take the test from anywhere in the campus (Hostel, Department, Placement test Centre) etc. Candidates are expected to follow the basics test etiquette (no copying etc).
