An ACER Hardware Engineer will be available at ABI (opposite Room No. 205) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Students who are facing laptop hardware-related issues are advised to visit the above location during the mentioned time to get their issues resolved with the help of the hardware engineer.

Important Instructions:

Clearly explain your laptop issue to the hardware engineer.

Carefully enter the following details in the register:

Problem/issue description

Time and signature

After repair, you must personally collect your laptop from the hardware engineer.

Handing over and receiving the laptop after repair is entirely the student’s responsibility.

The details can be filled at your level in the Students Bio Data form in e-Profile. You are required to check whether all the above details are filled correctly before coming to the concerned department. No text field in the form should be left empty before submission of the form.

All the Engineering students should give two decimals while entering their CGPA, for example 9.45, and for PUC1& PUC2 students it has to be filled with 0.00 and the Passed Out year is to be filled with 0000.

All the students and staff members of RGUKT Basar are hereby informed that the university is going to celebrate 68th Republic day on 26th January 2017 at Satavahana Grounds from 8 AM onwards. Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. S Satyanarayana garu will hoist the national flag and address the campus community. The following is the tentative program schedule for this event.
•	Assembly of all staff & students:  08:00 Hrs.
•	Arrival of the hon'ble Vice Chancellor: 08:15 Hrs
•	Flag hoisting & Speech: 08.30 hrs
•	Guard of honour: 8.50 hrs

Students who registered for Engineering Chemistry SEM1 lab remedial Exam are supposed to attend the labs to do practical sessions at 2-5pm on Friday i.e  18th Feb. and 2-5pm on Saturday 19th Feb .
