 This is to bring to your attention that, for the AY23-24_E1_S1_EST_Reg&Rem-Feb-24 examination hall tickets will be distributed to the concerned class representatives on 17th Feb-24(Saturday) at AB-II Room No:105 within the specified time slots as given below. All concerned class representatives must collect their hall tickets within the specified time period and make sure that every  student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.

Slot1: E1: 4:30PM-5:00 PM


Hall Tickets for remedial mode examinations will also be distributed in the same time slot.

Note: Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.

Dear Students,

E1 chemical students please make sure that, CPC exam scheduled on 21.01.17 at 9.15 am and BEEE exam scheduled on 21.01.17 at 11.15 am.

It is hereby informed to all the students of E3 that the IBM would like to conduct Career Education Program (CEP) at our campus for which the following two courses are on offer.

1.	Enterprise Application Development and Deployment on Cloud using IBM BlueMix
The package includes:
1.	IBM trainers providing entire coursework, instruction and training with material.
2.	Hands - on practicals.
3.	Testing and certification by IBM.
4.	Minor and Major projects (industry standard and live) by IBM trainers at RGUKT itself.

The total cost is expected to be around Rs.20,000 (per student) for the entire package. Interested students must immediately contact their HOD and register. Course outcome and details are attached herewith.

Note: The above said course has the consensus of both CSE & ECE HoDs, if good no.of students register for the above said course then they will be floated as electives in E4SEM1 & E4SEM2 as a part of Academics.

This is to inform that the students of AY23-24, Semester-I, E4 of EEE and CHE were given provisional classroom allocation for their Open Elective Courses viz., Disaster Management and Biomedical Engineering, earlier on 03/09/2023.

Now, the Academic Section has finalized classrooms for the above two courses, for the above two branch students, keeping them in their own core original classes so that there shall not be any inconvenience either to the students or to the faculty.

The final allocation of the classes, for the above two courses for EEE and CHE, has been attached to this notice for reference.
