*Check for good internet connectivity.
*For better audio clarity , please use headphones or earphones with microphone.
*All participants must use either phone or laptop.
*J-Gate Webinar will be conducted in 'Microsoft Teams'
*An invite for Webinar will be sent to your email id. Click on the link provided to join the meeting.
*Once you click the link it will direct you to either download the 'Microsoft Teams App' or join the meeting through the browser. (Note: Microsoft Teams can be accessed directly through browser or by App).
* If you choose 'browser' ,  'Join as guest'  box will appear. Click that , enter your name if asked and wait for the organizer to accept your invitation.
* If you choose 'App', Microsoft Teams App will be downloaded in your device. Now 2 options might appear 
   Option 1: Sign in /Sign Up 
   Option 2: 'Join as guest'
   so click 'Join as guest' option. Enter your name if asked and wait for the organizer to accept your invitation.
*Once the Meeting organizer accepts your invitation, you will be able to participate in the Webinar.
*All participants are requested to join the Webinar 15 mins prior the mentioned time to resolve connectivity issues. 
*Webinar will begin exactly by the mentioned time.

SPIC MACAY - Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth organising it's 9th International Convention at IIT Madras from 20th May to 26th May, 2024. It is hereby informed to all the students of E1,E2 and E3 of RGUKT Basar that we the team of SPIC MACAY Heritage Club- RGUKT Basar has started taking registrations for the convention. Participating in an international convention will give you a great opportunity to experience the richness of Indian classical music, Dance and Crafts/paintings where you can directly learn those artforms from eminent Gurus.

It is here by informed to all the PUC-II, E-1, E-2, E-3 and E-4 students that, those who are eligible for Scholarship are required to renewal their Scholarship application for the Academic Year 2024-25. The link is available in e-pass website. The following Documents to be scanned compulsorily For Renewal Registration Process for the Academic Year 2024-25

1.	Original Income Affidavit (signed by the Student & the Parent)
2.	Passed/Promoted Marks Memo of Previous year.
3. 	College Bonafied Scanned Memo of Present Academic year
4.	Bank Pass Book first page with Bank Account number and IFS Code in case of change. (Not      Required For EBC Students)

Note: Student should have a Mobile Number for receiving One Time Password for registration (Mobile number may belong to the student or any one of his/her family members).

It is informed to all the students of EEE Dept. ( AB II -113, 202, 112, 201, 103 classes only) that they can collect  their mobile phones from Student Welfare Office today ( 02-03-2020)  5 PM to 6 PM.

It is informed to all the students (PUC-1 to E-4) that, the online outpass system is resumed today onwards. To avail outpass, students have to raise outpass request through online mode only. 
Students are requested to go through once user manual of online outpass request.

Note: For PUC-1,PUC-2 & E-1 students online outpass request will be accepted in the presence of their parents/Guardians only.

The students desirous for seeking reverification for AY_23-24_E3_S1_EST_Reg&Rem_Dec&Jan-24 can pay the fee and submit their online applications available in https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/revaluation on or before 1st Jun-24. Only online registrations will be accepted through the hub. Reverification will not be considered for labs, comprehensive viva, mini-project, project, seminar, and internship.

Fee Details: Re-verification Fee: Rs.200/- per subject.
Important Dates: Starting date of Registration: 28/5/24.
Last date for registration: 1/06/24.
