Dear student,

               It is hereby informed to all registered students of GGK technologies that the recruitment drive is scheduled on 17.09.2017 (i.e. tomorrow) Sunday. All registered students need to report at AB-I Auditorium at 9:20AM sharp followed by online test.

Venue: AB-I Auditorium
Date & Time: 17.09.2017, 9:20AM

Documents to be carried:

1.	College ID card - without which they are not permitted to write the exam
2.	 Hard copy of Updated resume
3.	Photocopies (Xerox copies) of academic certificates - they will be collected if a candidate is shortlisted in the final round of interview

It is to inform all the NSS volunteers that as a part of NSS regular activity all are requested to attend tomorrow’s regular activity.In case of not attending severe action will be taken on them.

It is to inform all the NSS volunteers that as informed earlier The auditions for NSS day will be held on 22.Sept.2019 @9:30 AM in SAC. All the NSS volunteers who are willing to show up their talent are requested to come for auditions. Those who come for auditions are allotted with attendance.
NOTE: Only those who are gonna participate are given attendance.
*Others who are not participating are not allowed,if they are found there severe actions will be taken on them.
*Attendance will be allotted if they either go to NSS regular activity or to auditions.
*First come first serve.

The students desirous of seeking Revaluation for PUC/B.TECH Semester-I Papers appeared in November-2016 examinations may submit their applications in the prescribed proforma(available in examination branch, AB-II Room No:106), together with a photo copy of the grade card and fee(in the form of Challan payable at SBI, Basar) in the examination branch on or before 05-01-2017.

Cost of Application Form            :               Rs.20/-
Revaluation Fee                        :                Rs.100/- per subject

Instructions to students attending Lab sessions:
1.	Wear mask. Without mask NO ENTRY into the lab
2.	Carry your own sanitizer. All of you should sanitize your hands before entering the labs
3.	Observe physical distance as much as possible.
4.	No mobile phone is allowed in the labs. If found, the mobile will be seized and will not be given to the student at least for a week.
5.	If there is cold or fever avoid coming to the labs and inform the concern faculty. 
6.	Consumables and breadboard will be given to students by 22-03-2021. You should come prepared to the lab. Complete the connections on bread board and come to the lab.
7.	Without connections of at least one experiment, student will not be allowed into the lab. (Only for those labs applicable Eg: MPMC lab may not require this).
8.	After completion of the labs, the student should return the consumables to the lab assistants as it is.

Hence you all requested to show your part of contribution…And you have a chance to win a reward as best NSS Unit…etc

3.	All are requested to follow the instructions by the Program Officers and team leaders.
4.	All are requested to be careful …any unnecessary activities found taken the serious action.
5.	Be cautious towards the creatures and do the activity.
