Dear students

     In order to establish a transparent, accountable, and student-driven system for monitoring mess operations, the University welcomes students to be part of the food committee. In order to make it a student driven system the structure is re-designed and a draft containing the roles, responsibilities of the members is prepared and attached herewith.
- The structure and all other aspects of the food committees will be refined further based on the feedback and experience of the working of the committee for the first few weeks.
- Please go through it. E1, E2 and PUC 1 students are requested to register for the food committee either as a Student on duty or mess secretary based on their interest after going through the ppt attached herewith.

It is hereby informed to all the students from PUC-1 to E-1 that the registrations for Quiz will be closed by today evening i.e. on 23rd December. The students interested to participate can register for Quiz between 4:30pm to 8:00pm today in AB-I 103. Quiz competition will be conducted on this sunday i.e. on 25th December in AB-I 10.

	1. Screening test – 10:00am -12:00pm ( 4 rounds )
	2. Semi-finals – 3:00pm – 5:00pm ( 5 rounds )

Dear Students,

It is hereby informed to final year students of CSE & EEE that the ASA BHANU Technical Services Ltd. would like to recruit 2020 passed students.

The selected candidates will be trained for the first 3 months in Japanese and English Languages and based on the progress they make during the training some of them may get the opportunity to work in Japan.

The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs. 15,000 pm for the first 3 months and based on their performance their salary will be revised after 3 months.

Eligibility Criteria:

•	Branches: ECE & CSE
•	CGPA: 6+

It is to inform that as the End Semester exams are scheduled from 11.11.2017, all the class rooms (except M.Tech class rooms) will remain closed from tomorrow i.e. 10.11.2017 at 10.00 PM. Hence, the students are requested to take away all their belongings from their respective class rooms which include books and any other material from their laptops.

The class rooms will remain closed completely till the end of the End Semester exams
