This is to inform all concerned CIVIL, EEE, MECHANICAL &MME first year Engineering students (AY 2023-2024 E1, SEM1) that the Engineering Physics Lab examination would be conducted on 7th February 2024 to 13th February 2024. All the students should submit the record books at the time of lab examination; student should bring their identity cards with them and must report before 15 Minutes as per their respective schedule.

Date of the Examination: 7th February 2024 to 13th February 2024.

Subject: Annual Sports Day 2026 – Instructions to Students

All students of RGUKT Basar are hereby informed that the Annual Sports Day for the academic year 2025–26 will be conducted in the month of February–March 2026.
Students are advised to begin their practice and preparations early and utilize the allotted ground timings effectively.
The event will include:
PUC Annual Games (all sports & games)
Branch-wise Games (Engineering)
Athletics Events
Indoor & Outdoor Games

All students are encouraged to participate actively and maintain discipline during practice sessions and events.

It is hereby informed to all the students of E4 that the Diagnostic Test for CRT program is scheduled on Monday i.e., 07.08.2017 at 03:00PM to 04:30PM (CE, ChE, CSE & MME). and at 05:15PM to 06:30PM (ECE & ME).

The CRT Classes will be conducted from 08.08.2017 to 04.09.2017 in two batches.
Batch-I: ECE, ME (Morning session from 09:30AM to 12:30PM).
Batch-II: CSE, MME, ChE & CE (Afternoon Session from 02:00PM to 05:00PM).

Those who are registered or would like to attend for the CRT Program need to submit an undertaking to the O/o. Training & Placement Cell, Omega-5 by 08.08.2017 and accordingly they can collect the reading material of CRT Program.

It is observed that all the students of PUC-I are not wearing uniforms. As per the directions of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, those who do not wear uniforms and ID cards will not be allowed to enter any of the academic blocks.
