Dear Students,

 It is to inform you that,The EST Lab Exams of PUC 1 would be held from April 1st till April 4th 2019.

For PUC 2, the EST Lab Exams are scheduled from April 15th to17th 2019 .

Please find  the attachment for PUC -1 Lab Schedules of Physics and Chemistry.

Everyday there would be four sessions, running from 8 am till 6:30 pm, with a break of Half an hour for Lunch, each session is of 2.5 hours.

Each PUC-1 Class is split into two, A and B , A stands for Girls, B for Boys.

Engineering Physics Lab Examination


This is to inform all the concerned CSE and ECE first year Engineering students (AY 2019-2020 E1 SEM2)  that the Engineering Physics Lab examination would be conducted on 8th February 2021. All the students should submit the record/Observation book at the time of lab examination; Student must Bring ID card and be on Time for the Exam.

Date of the Examination: 8th February 2021
Time of the Examination: 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm Venue: ABI 2nd floor.

Total marks (100 marks) allocation is as follows;
Internal (40 Marks) -->Attendance for lab sessions (20 M)  + Record/Observation (20 M)
External (60 Marks) --> Exam i.e. Description of Experiment (20 M)+ Quiz (20 bits on paper carrying 20 M) + Viva Voce ( 20 bits on paper carrying 20 M).

The Exam pattern on the day of lab exam is as follows:

Dear Students,

An ACER Hardware Engineer will be available at ABI (opposite Room No. 205) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Students who are facing laptop hardware-related issues are advised to visit the location during the mentioned time to get their problems resolved with the help of the hardware engineer.

Important Instructions:

Clearly explain your laptop issue to the hardware engineer.

Carefully enter the following details in the register:

Laptop serial number

Phone number

Problem/issue description

Time and signature

After repair, you must personally collect your laptop from the hardware engineer.

Handing over and receiving the laptop after repair is entirely the student’s responsibility.

Note:

Laptop warranty is going to expire soon, so students are advised to attend at the earliest.

Adapter-related issues will also be addressed.

Dear PUC-I students,

It is observed that all the students of PUC-I are not wearing uniforms. As per the directions of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, those who do not wear uniforms and ID cards will not be allowed to enter any of the academic blocks.

The Security force are directed to check whether the students wear uniforms and ID cards, otherwise the students may not be allowed into any of the academic blocks.

The AICTE Vishwakarma Awards 2019 is being organised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for promoting innovative spirit and scientific temperament for holistic development of society through the stake holders of its approved institutes.

1. All the letters must be written in A4 White sheets with proper format as mentioned above or an Print out/ xerox copy would be sufficient.
2. All the request letters/approval letters/ recommendation letters should be submitted to office before 5:30 PM on working days only.
3. Without the comments from Dept. Faculty Rep./HoD, the letters will not be entertained.
4. The escalation route and time frame is hereby defined as: TPO executive team (2 working days) to TPO/FIC (2+2 days) to Professor (2+2+2) days.

As per the Training & Placements Policy of RGUKT-Basar, this act is considered a violation of recruitment discipline.
