All Engineering students of RGUKT Basar are hereby informed that the AIU Volleyball Team Selections for the Academic Year 2025–26 will be conducted as per the schedule below. Interested students must ensure that they follow the given instructions carefully.

Only Engineering students are eligible to participate.
Students must download the AIU Application Form and submit the duly filled form before attending selections.
All players must report on time in proper sports uniform at the Volleyball Court.
Bring your ID card and any required supporting documents.
Misconduct, indiscipline, or late reporting will lead to disqualification.
Selection will be based purely on performance, fitness, and skill assessment.
The Internal Selection Committee’s decision is final and binding.
Selected students must be ready to attend further training sessions scheduled by the Sports Cell.

Dear Students,
Those who were registered for Remedial exams, they should pay their remedial exam fee of challan on or before 29.11.16 at 4.00 pm. Please submit fee paid challan (Office copy) at ABII-106. Students cannot be permitted to write exam, without fee payment even they registered.
Dear Students,
This is to bring to your attention that, for the aforementioned examination hall tickets will be distributed on 18th Dec-25(Thursday) at AB-II. All concerned class representatives must collect the hall tickets within the specified period and make sure that every student have hall ticket with them while appearing for the examination.
Venue: Examination Section-AB-II
Timings: 3:00PM-3:30 PM
Note:
Students having hall tickets with no photos printed on them, must attach the passport sized photo on the hall tickets and get it stamped at the examination counter prior to the examination. It is mandatory to have a photo on your hall ticket, and failure to do so may result in not being allowed to appear for the exam.
