It is to inform all the NSS volunteers that as a part of NSS regular activity all are requested to attend tomorrow’s regular activity.In case of not attending severe action will be taken on them.

It is to inform all the NSS volunteers that as informed earlier The auditions for NSS day will be held on 22.Sept.2019 @9:30 AM in SAC. All the NSS volunteers who are willing to show up their talent are requested to come for auditions. Those who come for auditions are allotted with attendance.
NOTE: Only those who are gonna participate are given attendance.
*Others who are not participating are not allowed,if they are found there severe actions will be taken on them.
*Attendance will be allotted if they either go to NSS regular activity or to auditions.
*First come first serve.

This is to inform all students that those who have lost their ID cards may apply for a Duplicate ID Card by following the procedure outlined below:

	Remit a fee of Rs. 250/- at the Scholarship Section.
	Submit the application for a Duplicate ID Card along with the fee receipt to the Student Welfare Office.
	Submit a recent passport-size photograph (softcopy).
Important Instructions for Photo Submission:
	The photograph must be clear and recent.
	The file size should not exceed 100 KB.
	The file must be in JPEG or PNG format.

స్కిట్ (నాటక ప్రదర్శన )  మరియు పద్యం/పాటల రచన రెండు విభాగాలలో,  యువత/పట్టణ ఓటర్ల ప్రమేయం,  నైతిక ఓటింగ్, స్వేచ్చాయుత మరియు నిష్పక్షపాత ఎన్నికలు,  ప్రేరేపణ లేని ప్రజాస్వామ్య పండుగకు సంబంధించిన ఏదైనా అంశం పై జిల్లా స్థాయి పోటీలు  నిర్వహించబడతాయని,  ప్రతి కళాశాల  లేదా పాఠశాల నుండి  ప్రథమ స్థానం పొందిన వారు మాత్రమే స్కిట్  ఒక గ్రూపు మరియు పద్య/ పాటల నుండి ఒకరు మాత్రమే జిల్లా స్థాయికి హాజరు కావలెనని, ఇట్టి పోటీలు నూతన కలెక్టరేట్లోని కాన్ఫరెన్స్ హాల్లో జరుగుతుందని పాల్గొనే వారు 22.09.2023 రోజు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవాలని,  ఉపాధ్యాయులు   P. నారాయణ వర్మ 9440786515, తోడిశెట్టి రవికాంత్ 9440569766 గార్లను సంప్రదించగలరు.

Team Formation Guidelines
- Each team must consist of 6 members, including at least one female member.
- Members must be from RGUKT Basar only (E1–E4).
- Teams may optionally include a faculty mentor.
- One team can select up to 2 problem statements from SIH 2025 Problem Statements.
- No changes to team members will be permitted after registration.
- A student can be part of only one team.
