NPTEL is offering online certification courses of duration 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks courses in Engineering, Humanities and Sciences domain starting from Jan 22nd ,2018 Onwards.

Last date to enroll for the 12 week courses    : Jan 22nd, 2018
Last date to enroll for the 4 & 8 week courses : Feb 5th, 2018


These courses run from start date Jan 22nd, 2018 and Feb 5th, 2018 and every week there would be online assignments and at the end of course, there would be a proctored exam, following which a Certificate is provided from concerned IIT (Center for continuing Education). Dear Students,

This is to inform all the students of the E2S1, that the registrations for End Semester Examinations which are going to be held in February-24 are open. It is mandatory that every student must register for every regular end semester examination henceforth. The registration fee is Rs:500/- for each semester. 



Note: 
1.	Hall tickets will only be issued for those students whose registrations are successful.
2.	No other modes of payment will be accepted. 



Start Date:18th February-24
End Date: 21st February-24.

It is here by informed to all the PUC-I students that, those who are eligible for scholarship are required to apply for Scholarship for the Academic Year 2021-22 to get the fee reimbursement from the Govt. of Telangana State.

The following are the steps to be followed:

•	In epass page click on Post Matric Scholarship Services. 
•	Next click on Postmatric Scholarships For Fresh Registration(2021-22) 

Note 1:  

The following documents are to be scanned and uploaded (wherever required) for fresh registration process:

a. Latest passport size photograph. 
b. Aadhaar card of the Student (Name of the student on Aadhar card should match with SSC memo)
c. Bank pass book first page (which showing student name, Bank Account Number and IFSC code of the bank branch). Any nationalized bank and branch with minimum balance (not Zero account), don’t use joint account (For EBC students Bank pass book is not mandatory).
d. STUDY/BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE from class 4th to 10th.

Note 2:  Student has to keep the following information ready in hand to register for scholarship.

a. Application number of caste certificate obtained from Meeseva centre.
b. Application Number of Income Certificate obtained from Meeseva centre latest by 01-04-2021.
c. S.S.C Hall ticket number, Year of pass, SSC pass type (Regular/Supple./CBSE/ICSC/Other Board etc.) to access the application
d. Scholarship type:  College Attached Hostel
e. Admission Number:  Student ID Number
f. College Admission Date and Hostel Admission Date: Student Admission Date (which is mentioned on admission slip, provided at the time of admission)

Note 3:

a. Student has to carry his/her mobile while applying for scholarship to enter ONE TIME PASSWORD at the time of registration (Mobile number may belongs to the student’s or student’s family members). 
b. Should have mail ID to save scanned documents for further use.

Greetings,
It is informed by District Collectors in Telangana State, that there is still a requirement of students of P2, E1, E2, E3 and E4 for drafting General election Web-casting duty. So far 1265 students are got enrolled for election duty. 
Our end semester examinations will be completed by 05.12.2018 for all years and 06.12.2018 FN for E1. The students of all classes except P1 are to attend Election Webcasting duty on 07/12/2018 i.e., poll day (public holiday).
As per the requisitions made by different District Election Authorities of Telangan State, they are in dire need of Engineering students for Web-casting Election duty. Therefore, the students who are willing to attend Election duty may get register their names in the given format by tomorrow evening 5 pm, so as to send the list of students to Collectors concerned. 
•	Training will be provided by district authorities in our Campus. 
•	TA/DA will be paid by Collector as per rules (@ Rs. 600/-  per day)
•	Transportation will be provided by the District Administration
•	A Certificate will be given by the District collector for each student
•	All HoD’s requested to convey this message to their students for getting register their names for attending Election duty.

	Remit a fee of Rs. 250/- at the Scholarship Section.
	Submit the application for a Duplicate ID Card along with the fee receipt to the Student Welfare Office.
	Submit a recent passport-size photograph (softcopy).
Important Instructions for Photo Submission:
	The photograph must be clear and recent.
	The file size should not exceed 100 KB.
	The file must be in JPEG or PNG format.
