Dear Students

It is to inform that the attached is the branch allocation for the E1 students of the Academic Year 2019 – 20, Semester – I who have cleared their PUC in the Staggered Remedial Examinations held from 05/08/2019 to 18/08/2019.

The allocation of the classrooms will be done at the Academic Section for the students who report from 09/09/2019. The students shall attend classes from 11/09/2019 (Wednesday). The allocation of the classes will be done as soon as they report at the Academic Section.

The admission into E1 will be cancelled if the students don’t report by 16/09/2019.

Greetings from IIRS, ISRO, Dehradun  

At the outset, we would like to thank you for your active participation towards IIRS distance learning program. We are happy to inform you, that Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Dehradun, is announcing Annual Course Calendar of IIRS Distance Learning Program for the year 2022 for students and working professionals. The course brochures highlighting objectives and curriculum of the course will be uploaded on the website subsequently.

This online course is a unique opportunity to learn fundamental and advanced concepts of Geospatial Technology and its Applications by devoting one-and-half-hour each day from the place of stay of the participant. The course can be attended without any cost through Internet. The Certificate of participation will be awarded to all the participants on successful completion of the programme.

It is to inform all the students that the railway concession forms are available at Office of the student welfare. Hence all the students instructed to make use of the facility provided.
 Rules and Regulations:
1.The concession is applicable only for Sleeper class(SL) and 2nd Seating(2S) only. 
2.The concession will be as follows
  i) 75% of the total fare for SC/ST category ii) 50% of the total fare for other students. 
3. For outward journey ticket must be booked at Basar Station
4. For downward journey ticket the student can book at Basar station now itself or they need to get signature on the concession form at  Basar railway station and later they can book the ticket at their boarding station.
5. For online booked E-tickets the concession is not applicable, the student need to book only at Basar station physically.
6. For Breakup journey also concession applicable maximum of one breakup provided all the tickets must be booked at Basar station only.
7.Each Student will be issued maximum of two forms only.

Dear PUC-II students,

There will be an orientation session for current PUC-II students regarding various branches by various branch HODs. Branch allocation registration will start from 19/04/2017 to 22/04/2017. Timings for the session will be on 18.04.2017 at 3.00 pm in SAC building. Hon'ble Vice Chancellor will also attend the orientation session.

In this regard, all the PUC-II students (except the students who have lab exams on 18.04.2017) should attend the session at 3.00 PM on 18.04.2017 at SAC Building without fail.

As per the academic calendar, AY_23-24_E1_S1_EST_Regular & Remedial examinations for E1S1 are scheduled from the second week of the February. Students of batches B16, B17, B18, B19 and B20 who are having remedial in E1S1 courses can register for the mentioned examination.
Important Dates:

Starting date: 06/02/24
End Date: 08/02/24 
Fee details as follows: Rs 250 /- for each subject.

Instructions for Fee Payment:
1.	Click on the link https://hub.rgukt.ac.in/hub/ers/index to register for above examinations.
2.	Select the subjects appearing for examinations for Remedial.
3.	Select the pay now option to pay the generated Examination fee using the available channels of payment. Do not refresh or leave that page after the payment till it redirects to the registration page for successful registration.
4.	The Examination section is not responsible for any refund if students pay the fee to any other accounts of the Institute.
