On behalf of the Department of Electrical Engineering, I would like to invite you all to visit our Departmental events at Department of Electrical Engineering Block. The detailed schedule of the events are attached below.
The highlights of the working models:
1) E-Bicycle with AC & DC charging with manual & electric braking & fast charging with less cost
2) Bluetooth Gyro controlled solar vehicle with surveillance system to monitor during night hours
3) Automatic power theft monitoring and communication system to alert the substation
4) Wireless & Dynamic charging of electric vehicle to get charging in running
5) Wifi communication based smart energy meter to display the bill in rupees
6) Automatic power factor correction to reduce the billing cost
7) Industrial plant automation to prevent the failures
8) Underground fault detection to detect the fault without digging and more
and also around 10 solar power home appliances.

Apart from the above individual working models expecting you to enter and try to escape from the Techie's Escape Room with puzzle based electrical fundamental principles.

As a part of the MOU, META GATE team are planning to conduct an offline mock test for Metallurgy students of E2-E4 at IIIT Basar on 31st January 2026 (Saturday). 

After the exam we will discuss with the students the following 
1) Detailed paper analysis & Solutions
2) Talk on "How to attempt the GATE Exam?"
3) Take any other doubts that they have. 

Detailed Plan of the Visit

1) The exam will happen from 9.30 AM - 12.30 PM (3 hours duration)
2) It will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) and students are expected to bring their own laptops 
3) After lunch, A seminar on "How to attempt the GATE Exam?" & discuss the mock test paper analysis & solutions
4) Clarify the doubts of the students. 


All the GATE EXAM aspirants of E2-E4 MME can register for MOCK GATE EXAM through following URL for free registration to exclusive to the MME students, RGUKT-BASAR.
